This company sells fake jerseys. The delivery took ages more than 14 working days to deliver and when it did, I was a complete fake shirt. Avoid this company. I cannot believe this company is allowed to trade and needs investigating

No communication
I ordered 2 football tops, 4 weeks later 1 arrived. I rang and emailed them numerous times, to find out where the other top was, with no response. Another 2 weeks later the other top arrived with the wrong number on it. Tried emailing and ringing again with no answer. Terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered 2 items on 1st December, only 1 item received on 13th December (and just the 1 item listed on the delivery note), yet still charged for both! Have tried ringing, emailed them twice and filled in the online customer service request. No response!

I have reached out to customer service to check on my order of November 22nd 2024 but the emails bounced back. I then contacted the company on their main website asking for a full refund but have heard nothing up until December 17th nor have I received the football shirt and have now contacted my bank . I would not buy off this company if I knew what I know now and would give a minus star rating if it had been possible.

Rapid Athletic’s return policy is a joke. I tried to return an item that didn’t fit, but they only offered store credit instead of a refund. Now I’m stuck with a credit I don’t want. Won’t be shopping here again.
