Great first-time experience with RapidDirect. I ordered copper dummy chips with silver plating. They worked very well in my power module prototypes. I will order from them again next time.

Prices are reasonable even with shipping and import duty. For some things it makes sense, for some parts that have intricate features, make sure you have good drawings. The customer service is top notch, easy communication through whatsapp. Very nice and friendly staff. I would buy from them again.

Prices were good. Great quality parts and the turn around time was quicker than expected. Would put them at the top of the list for future prototype parts.

First time I used Rapid Direct, based on a friend's recommendation. A small prototype heatsink. Whole process was very simple, from uploading the model and drawing for the threads. Good communication from the company and product turned around in good time. Very happy with result and I will be going back for more.

Areas for Improvement:
1) Holiday Notifications: A website banner during Chinese holidays would help set quote/delivery expectations.
2) Pantone Color Clarification: One powder-coated part didn’t match the online Pantone reference. Learned that physical samples are needed for exact matches—a disclaimer during checkout would help others.
3) DFM Tool Upgrade: The online checker is handy but could be more robust - like checking minimum wall thickness, unreachable tool area, etc.
