Used To Be A Great Company
This company used to get 5 star reviews from me.I have used this company since at least 2016. Started with them when it was still Capital Merchants. My business advisors have been top notch until now, Loved Jose and Peter others were good also. Process was quick and super easy. I now have Calvin who doesn't return email or phone calls. I am not bringing in enough revenue for him to bother with. When I started, I started with a small $5,000 loan. My last loan was $24,000. Apparently their minimum has changed from what I gather. Calvin insisted nothing has changed and ignores me. I recently asked what my payoff would be if paid in full (I have $3,000 left to pay off) and I have yet to hear from him.
