Poor Customer Service

My publicist had reached out to them asking if they could give us a discount on their services. Someone called Cyrus sent us a really rude reply saying ‘ Well I'm running a business....
We review music "as is" regardless of payment
If you want free stuff try the homeless shelters I guess
Good Luck! ’.

We didn’t ask for anything free with them. Just enquired about slightly lower prices. Think twice before giving them your business. If this is their attitude then it may not be worth it.
