I had my kitchen refurbished a few…

I had my kitchen refurbished a few months ago and was very impressed with the quality of service. The communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates at every stage. Most importantly, the pricing was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Fair price and quick turnaround

Dealt with Kingsley throughout the install. Got a free quote and 3D design few weeks ago. I was really surprised with the price seeing this was Howden supplied and their an approved fitted. Going direct to Howden’s or Wren’s kitchen was close to double the price.

Entire install fitted on a Friday, just in time for the weekend without any issues. Highly recommend!

A bargain with quality

I recently had my kitchen transformed by Rapid Kitchens, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! They use Howdens materials, which are great quality, and the total cost for my new kitchen was just £3,500—including installation. That’s half of what other companies like Wren Kitchens were quoting me! Wren’s quote was around £9,000 for a similar design, not including their lengthy installation timelines.

The whole process with Rapid Kitchens was smooth and stress-free. The team was super organized, detailed, and brought fresh ideas to make the most out of my space. Plus, they completed the entire project in under 6 weeks from the first appointment (1day for the actual installation)—far quicker than the timelines other companies offered. If you’re looking for high-quality work at a fraction of the price, I can’t recommend Rapid Kitchens enough!

Seamless, professional!!! They exceeded my expectations in every way!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rapid Kitchens for my kitchen renovation, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations in every way.

The team at Rapid Kitchens truly lives up to their name—not only did they deliver high-quality work, but they also completed the project in an impressively short timeframe without cutting any corners. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident at every step.

The design process was a dream. The team patiently listened to all my ideas and concerns, offering creative and practical solutions that enhanced the functionality and aesthetics of my space. They helped me choose materials, finishes, and colors that perfectly matched my vision while staying within my budget.

The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Every cabinet, countertop, and fixture was installed with precision and care. The materials they used are not only beautiful but also durable, ensuring my kitchen will look amazing for years to come. It’s clear they take pride in their craft, and it shows in the flawless execution.

What stood out the most was their exceptional customer service. The team was always punctual, communicative, and respectful of my home. They kept me informed at every stage of the project, ensuring there were no surprises. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally.

The end result is nothing short of stunning. My kitchen has been completely transformed into a modern, functional, and inviting space that I now enjoy using every day. It feels like a showpiece right out of a design magazine, and I’ve already received so many compliments from friends and family.

I highly recommend Rapid Kitchens to anyone looking for a stress-free renovation experience with amazing results. They truly deserve all five stars! Thank you for creating the kitchen of my dreams!

STAY AWAY FROM RAPID KITCHEN

We were let down by Kingsley and his unprofessional fitters. The kitchen is a mess and we are really unhappy with the outcome. Informed Kingsley but he has totally blanked us and the office the same. Both Kingsley and the fitters said it can't be fixed as it was installed according to the design done by them. We just want people to be aware and not to be fooled by them again. Now we have to pay extra to get someone professional to sort out their mess. Kingsley should stopping designing kitchens, no wonder they have to closed down their showroom.

Highly unprofessional

I made an appointment to have Kingsley come and measure our kitchen, I waited for an hour but no one showed up. I tried calling, emailing, nothing. Despite having my contact details no one called to explain. Highly unprofessional, we will avoid.

My kitchen needs replacing

My kitchen needs replacing, so having read some positive Trustpilot reviews about Rapid Kitchens I booked an appointment for their measuring service. I received a confirmation e-mail from them that someone named Kingsley would be arriving at my home at midday the following Wednesday, 3rd April 2024. However, despite me supplying them with my contact details including my mobile phone number I waited and waited, but by almost 1.00 pm he still hadn't arrived and with no explanation call or written message forthcoming I texted Rapid Kitchens. I wrote that the failure to keep the appointment and the lack of any communication was sending me negative indicators about their reliability and professionalism and it had caused me to seriously doubt whether it would be wise to pursue the project with them, so I cancelled. If they had subsequently contacted me with a reasonable explanation for their man not showing up I may have been persuaded to give them a second chance, but I am posting this five days later and there has been no contact from them. It does suggest that it was the correct decision to cancel.

Unprofessional planning.

I am happy the Howden Shaker units. However, I feel there could have been more discussion between myself and the planner. I didn't ever receive a 3D plan, or actually see anyone before the kitchen was fitted other than to measure up.. I gave them the plans I had done from Wren and stated I only wanted one kitchen drawer as per the plans. I now have 3, including a pan drawer which was never discussed. Three cupboard spaces are useless as they are in corners and are too deep and inaccessible. The extractor fan wasn't centred between the upper cupboards. The cupboard nearer the window butted tight up the wall/window opening, making it impossible to fit the window blind I had bought. . The space left for the fridge is massive. I was told by the fitter that it was my job to caulk round the up stands not his. It would have been nice to have received an itemised invoice before the kitchen was fitted, I was only told the final amount on the day of fitting. . The really low upper cupboards leaving only enough height for the air fryer. The edging to the work tops applied wonky
Up stands not caulked and excess adhesive showing. above the edge. Weird unusable cupboard door in a corner.
The huge 80cm space left for the 43cm fridge.
The mess, cardboard boxes, polystyrene, polythene packaging and spare counter off cuts just thrown all over the back garden.
The off centre cooker and hood. Leaking plumbing under the sink caused staining and slight bubbling. It was all fitted in a day and left clean. Kingsley came out at short notice when my kitchen flooded due to a sealed water outlet that was not spotted before fitting the units. But after 3 months if anything goes wrong good luck. ***7 months later I have found my tea towel rod/hanger thrown under a bush in the back garden and the counter top is bubbling along a join. And if someone from Rapid actually reads this can you let the fitter's daughter know that I know what she took.

Fast and Great Job done in my kitchen.

My friend referred Rapid Kitchens to me after they had her kitchen fitted last month and I am very happy and pleased with their service.

The Fitters were at my residence on time and they got everything done in one day.

I highly recommend them!

An unplanned kitchen

The kitchen was planned incorrectly and when I complained I received absolutely no response. The error led to a replan on the fitting day which was stressful and I’ve now had to pay out for electrics and a radiator relocation because the oven has had to move which messed up the whole plan. I now have small useless spaces and leftover worktops and kitchen bits (which I’ve paid for!) Thankfully the fitters were great and did the best they could on the fitting day.

I love my new kitchen.

I'm in love with my kitchen however the only thing i should have checked was the worktops. I should have asked to have curved edges for the worktops because i have kids. Nonetheless, I've bought adhesive corner protectors for this. The kitchen installation took two days but should have taken a day. Still pleased on how it turned out.
