Great selection of materials and all supplied to specification but not as RAPID as expected !
I appreciate not all items are in stock but if there are any delays then a quick email with an update on delivery would be very helpful.

Use Rapid Metals with confidence.
I am a hobbyist and have been using Rapid Metals since October 2024.
I collect my orders from the Nuneaton branch and they have always been ready for collection within the stated time of 2 - 4 days, sometimes the next day.
The availability of small quantities is a great advantage and the pricing is very good, certainly much cheaper than buying similar quantities on eBay.
From my limited experience of buying metal stock, the quality seems to be very good and the staff at the Nuneaton branch are friendly and helpful, both face to face and on the phone.
Altogether an excellent service.

Outstanding customer service
Bought a few bits and bobs off RM for some time now due to their very competitive rates and ease of cutting smaller lengths as needed. Recently dealt with Natasha regarding some pipe that i needed some info on, she went to personally check the warehouse stock twice to reassure me the pipe was good to go. Amazing service!
Amazing service!! First time ordering from Rapid Metals. The prices are very competitive for a hobbyist such as myself. The ordering process was easy. My order was custom cut and delivered within a few days.
Unfortunately, the courier damaged a piece of steel tube in the order. And I always say you find out more about a company when something goes wrong.
I emailed Rapid Metals with photos of the damaged item. I got a reply from Natasha within about 10 minutes!!! Amazing! Apologies were made and was told “not a problem, we will ship you a replacement ASAP”.
I really wish more companies were like this as it seems these days you have to battle for good customer service. But not with Rapid Metals! They will definitely be getting repeat custom from me!
