I always get good service at Rapid PCs They are one of those rare companies that take the trouble to know what their customers need. I bought a really decent laptop here that would have cost much more elsewhere if it had even been available. Really great people, and always there when you need them, putting their customers first.

Oh yes, no BS, don't over charge and they know their stuff

I have used Rapid PCs for several years and all the staff there are so helpful. I shy away from technology but they are my go to for any equipment and back-up service. I bought a new printer last week and wasted so much time trying to connect it up but Simon was extremely helpful, good humoured and was able to sort it all out remotely.
I like to patronise local companies where I can..... I would never have received this kind of help from any of the big online companies, that's for sure!

Fast turnaround from request for advice on suitable laptop to order to the actual delivery.

Simon gave me the information I needed to buy a brand-new Acer Laptop from them. I needed a laptop to use with my animation software and graphic design needs and to work efficiently with Adobe Creative Cloud products.

Simon gave me confidence in my purchase.

The Customer service that the Chaps at Rapid PCs give, is marvellous, I am a dinosaur with any device but these chaps were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and willing to help me understand what I am able to do with my PC and CD drive. 10/10

Rapid PCs are quite simply the best in what they do. I have dealt with Paul and Simon and found them to be honest very capable and friendly. They rescued a pc which I had taken elsewhere who had told me my pc was not repairable and this is how I found Rapid pcs. They fixed at a reasonable price.

I have used various PC support companies over the years but never one as good as Rapid PCS. I have used them several times with amazing results every time. They have a great team of experienced, knowledgeable , helpful and friendly experts who get the job done quickly. Value for money is great. I actually enjoy my visits to Rapid PCS when I need help and that says it all really.
If you need anything sorting out on your computer give Rapid PCS a try - you will not be dissappointed

HEROES! they totally came to my rescue when my hard drive that had years worth of work on suddenly packed up! They successfully managed to restore all files safely onto a new hard drive in less than 24 hours. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff, so nice to know there is a local company that really can help with complex IT issues. So very grateful.

My PC had come apart in one corner due to an accident, the sd card slot had stopped working and the sound system was not functioning properly. I took my PC to Rapid PCs and within 2 days it was professionally repaired and was working as good as new. Communication was excellent and friendly. The corner repair was so good it was not visible as a repair. The cost was very reasonable. 100% recommended.
