I have been in the 5th week of the 45 days beast program and my body starts to reflect the result of the program. I have lost 8 pounds thus far and my muscles around my arms are getting firmer. I am happy to get my body changed!

My go-to workout when pressed for time respectively my base workout complementing my other sessions. Efficient while providing very good result. 25 minutes of effort followed by deep satisfaction.

The programs are the best I have ever seen and I have subscribed to many fitness apps before. It feels more personal and the movements are clearly shown by Fabian himself. This is truly the best there is and I can highly recommend it.

Great training videos! He really made me push through each exercise when I wanted to give up. Also he had a good sense of humor in a cheerful German kind of way 😅.

Initially I went like a bull at a gate trying to do exactly what Adrian demonstrated. In my 68th year, that was not an easy task and my legs went to jelly and ached for days afterwards.

Two weeks later I have recommenced and took it a lot easier. This has been very effective. I feel the muscle ache, but as it should be, an indication that I have exercised. Now I am looking forward to the rest of the programme.

Well I signed up 24 hours ago and I'm still waiting for log in details so I can get started. Hope this site is legit.

This is the best at home program to date. I’ve been to gyms several times and nothing has worked like this. Videos are quick, there are so many to choose from. Fabian is also awesome! He gives tips when doing the workouts too which is super beneficial.

The video playback has improved since I originally installed it. Hopefully it stays that way. I like that it remembers your progress. Clean design. Continue to use it everyday

I love how Fabian makes me feel like I’m a part of something. I truly hope he is real and cares as much as he appears to. I bought the program because of Fabian and I work harder because of him. I hope he is real. I love how he listens to us.

This is the first workout program that I have done that I have had continously seen results. The Facebook group keep you motivated.

I'm half way through the 12 weeks transformation program and I love it.
The resistance bands are an excellent way to build a nice physique and Fabian's personnality helps me to push myself.
25 min workouts also make it easy to fit in my busy schedule

This has been the best “at home” workout program I’ve done so far. The resistance bands are a great alternative to body weight only workouts and cost significantly less than a set of weights, but manage to work the muscles crazy well if you do YOUR part.

Have paid for 12 week training program with elastics. 20+ minutes a day. Varied exercises with good and motivating videos. Fabian does not promise unrealistic results in record time, but with dedication and good exercises you can go a long way. Works well for me and is easy to fit into everyday life.

Meal plan received at last after 25 days.
Now charged again for another plan I did not authorize.

The beauty of this training is that it's simple and works. Well layed out fabians clear instructions and demonstration of the exercises guide you through it all and his constant motivation is priceless and he makes the time go so fast and enjoyable with his jokes
