These radios are Great! I have had no negative issues with these radios. They work as advertised and the coverage is great. I can talk to my son who lives in another state and my daughter who lives in another county. Easy to program adding new talk groups to the radios for private talk to talk. Customer service was fantastic when I contacted them about adding new groups.

I bought 2 radios, had them shipped to Florida. The shipping was kind of slow. I almost missed them, but then sent one home to Michigan with my wife and we were able to talk from Michigan to Florida and back flawlessly. I would say they work great. And I have since bought 2 more

I purchased Rapid Radios after seeing how well they work. We were on a family vacation and my sister had hers. We went all over Kentucky and had the ease and convenience communicating. When one family member went back to Georgia the communication was still perfectly clear. So I made my purchase and also my niece made her purchase. We do group reps a lot and are delighted to have the ease of communicating in a group without having to dial cell phones. Hope we never have a disaster but feel so at ease knowing we will be able to connect with our extended family.

These radios is AWESOME! I bought them about 4 months ago, service has been exvellent with no issues at all. I had an issue where I accidentally damaged my radio, and Patsy with customer service was so helpful and got a replacement sent out to me right away. All correspondces with them I choose to do email and was responded to very quickly each time. I did call during business hours once or twice and there was no wait time on hold.
Overall great product, great customer service, and so worth it for the money spent.

Rapid Radios are great. One year on, there was an issue of more radios being listed than i had purchased when i went to renew my licenses. I contacted customer support and explained my problem. A delightful woman named Patsy collected the information and quickly set things right. Kudos to Rapid Radio and Patsy!

I have expanded my family talk group recently and we were having some trouble getting a couple of the radios to work. Turns out the problem was on our end, not with the radios. All advertising states Radios will work without Cell coverage. I only researched after the purchase and found it when SHTF, and we have no cell coverage, THESE RADIOS WILL NOT WORK!

We lost a radio and Joshua Green and Marissa R. bent over backwards to get us a new one. Once it was sent it was incorrectly programmed and our other radios could not link into the system. Once they found out we were having these issues they immediately sent us 4 new radios but only charged us for one. Finally, when I returned the one new radio and the three old radios, Marissa followed back up with to make sure we got up and running!! Great customer service and great product! Kudos to their team! These radios suck. They constantly cut in and out and shut off randomly or disconnect from the group. For $1000 I would’ve kept using phones if I knew these were gonna be that bad. I tried reaching out to customer support and of course no response on their junk product.

I previously wrote a not so positive review regarding the renewal fee for Rapid Radio. When first purchased I was totally unaware of the yearly renewal fee. When I discovered it, I reached out to Rapid Radio and NEVER received a reply to my inquiry. I just felt that the way the renewal was handled lacked upfront honesty. I researched the site information and never saw the renewal policy. I just think the renewal information needs to be prominent in your advertising. When you hear people like Sean Hannity say NO monthly fees that is misleading. They should say there is a yearly renewal charge.
I am thankful to have the radios. My wife is mostly home bound and gives me comfort knowing she can reach out to me in an emergency. Thank you for your understanding.
