For the second time in as many months
For the second time in as many months, John and Kirsty have gotten rid of all the unwanted junk for me, Their professionalism and friendliness is above and beyond, even having to dismantle a sofa to get it through the front door didn't faze them. I could not recommend them enough to anyone needing to have a clear out and have it disposed of responsibly.

First Class Service

Flat clearance
I met John for a consultation and he was on time and extremely efficient. We discussed what was required and he sent me through a quote within a couple of days. On the day they were extremely professional and helpful and completed the job extremely quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring a house clearance.

Stress free house clearance done as promised by Rapid Response.
Very friendly team and went above and beyond for us when they discovered a lot of extra junk in a cupboard that we did not know about in my late uncles flat until the day of the work.
They were so accommodating and understanding that we had over looked such a huge extra pile as we had sent them pictures of everything to obtain a quote online prior to the work being done but we had not added the cupboard as were unaware of it although thankfully we were able just to pay a bit extra on completion and it was all completed on the same day.
Rapid are the best solution to clearing your unwanted items in my opinion, very professional and well deserving of 5 stars.

Rapid Response company name is very fitting as having just made contact with John Millar after seeing our rental property in what can only be described as shocking state he arrived at our property within 15 minutes to check it out then went off to make the necessary arrangements and arrived back ready to empty the entire flat within the hour. Having been in a similar situation personally, I realise that it is very stressful for our customers to be faced with such a huge mess unexpectedly when squatters or bad tenants have wrecked all the hard work that people such as yourselves have put into trying to provide a nice home for their tenants, it is disgusting human behaviour and beggars belief that people can act like that without conscience, therefore whilst not claiming to be the cheapest service available we are certainly not the most expensive either and we do care about people and always pull out all the stops if appointed to genuinely try and supply the best service out there having decades of experience in clearing out any property including the worst case house clearances or any type of disposal and hopefully in doing so relieving some of the stress caused by the circumstances our customers can be faced with.
Rest assured you will forget the whole ordeal once the cleaners have been in and some new carpets and a lick of fresh paint has been done and I sincerely hope it all goes well from here on in for yous 👍🏼

Quick response, great service
Very efficient team of two men and a woman arrived on time, and with good humour quickly took away some big awkward, very heavy old furniture (and old fridge) down two storeys by a winding stair of my tenement building.
I felt sorry for them; - their backs and legs must be made of steel !!
Nice friendly attitude, nothing too bothersome, even happily took away last-minute items that I hadn't pre-arranged for, with good grace.
Not cheap, but well worth paying for peace of mind. Got a small discount as they managed, - to my surprise (I had tried), - to place a good quality but unfashionable big sideboard with a charity.
