Was very quick getting here after the police rang, was bothered about upsetting my dog, tried his hardest to be as quiet as possible whilst be very quick. Lovely gentleman

Quick, efficient service, it is expensive but prevention of further damage due to weather conditions is essential this time of year.

Prompt arrival within the promised hour, but poor quality repair. The boarding was not fitted flush to the damaged door at top and bottom, only flush at the sides, so there is a gap at top and bottom which someone could insert a tool into. This does not seem very secure. I have raised a complaint about it, and am still hoping something will be done.

I can thank and Highly recommend this Excellent, reliable fast service following accidental damage to my door, on a Saturday night requiring emergency call out to board the door and make secure.
The guy on the phone was lovely and the kind young man who actually came out was fast, efficient and did a brilliant job. Think is name was Emlyn, but I may not have spelt it correctly. Thank you so much for being such a great team. Jan

The glaziers turned up promptly, did a very neat job and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.

Really disgusted with this service. My door was kicked down and the police brought this company in to get my door locked shut. They done work while I was giving a statement I WAS NOT ASKED, THEY JUST SHOWED UP. No payment was mentioned at ANY point. The door cannot even open now and they have sent me a bill and court summons for £434.

As a single mum of three who has been dealing with domestic abuse. I think this is disgusting them the police or them did not mention the hefty bill!! A friend could have put the plastic clips on for less than £50.

As a company you should be ashamed.

The service by this company is well below average. Actually, probably at rock bottom. Avoid at all costs! Telephoned the admin staff to report the fact that a family had left the property some 10 years previously and to stop writing letters to this address. They put the phone down on me on 6 separate occasions. I informed them that any future correspondence would be thrown away as they were not prepared to listen!!

almost £300 to replace Lock. Ridiculously over priced. They have walked all appear to be a monopoly through the police.

After a recent break in. Rapid Secure boarded up one of our windows. The service was excellent from start to finish. I would also like to thank the accounts team as I had made an overpayment which was refunded to me within a matter of hours. Great service from all involved and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Excellent service

Although I understand that they are there to secure the property only, I still maintain that there has been extremely poor workmanship. It is now necessary for me to find another locksmith, urgently, at further cost, in order to make the door totally secure and visibly acceptable. In addition, I found the member of staff I spoke to when I called to express my concerns extremely rude and unhelpful. I had already paid the invoice so it was not as though I was trying to get out of paying.

I was given an estimate of an hour to wait for my door to be fixed - I waited less time than this and felt very reassured after my broken door was fixed

Really impressed with the service recieved right from initial call, call back and visit. Owing to a slightly unusual situation several companies had declined to complete the work. Rapid were extremely helpful and provided a number of potential options to ensure the property was safe.
Hamish arrived within half an hour of the call, assessed the situation and was extremely understanding of our situation and adapted the fix to what would work best for us. He completed the work quickly, very efficiently and amazingly without waking up our toddler!

I would rate this company zero stars actually. They put a lock in my door which wasn t fixed and collapsed as soon as they left. They did not repair my whole door properly that had been broken unneccessarily by the police. Did not repair the frame or lock. I waited two hours in the corridor for a good company to do it properly! This awful company has asked me for money 3 x and is now threatening action though i explained on the phone what happened. Avoid at all costs.
