This service has easily surpassed my expectations. I was initially nervous about adding another monthly bill but now I just regret not doing so a long ways back. Would highly recommend.

The seedbox itself works, but their email spam is beyond horrible. They're literally the only company I know doing it.

They send you lots of emails with the sender for example being "Dragan from RapidSeedbox". In the body of the email, the name of the sender is different (for example, it says "This is Alin from RapidSeedbox.com 👋"). The emails then say "I'm available to help you with any challenge you have using your service. Your satisfaction is our top priority". I asked them to stop spamming me and didn't receive any reply, and the spam continued.

Guess my satisfaction is not a priority at all.

I had a technical challenge but not a show stopper. Despite the chat stating there will be human support on Monday, I immediately got a response from an employee on Saturday who went all the way to help me out. He communicated professionally and certainly showed technical skills. Although the issue at hand was not solved per se, he tried all he could and did not want to leave me hanging. Dragan, five stars for you!

I had just ordered a new seedbox, and soon realized I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. Contacted support and spoke to 'Dragan'. He was very helpful in getting everything fixed / sorted out! He explained everything in detail and I'm happy things are working great now.

Love the whole layout and the ability to easily get around for what I'm looking for. Coming from my old seedbox, this is sooo much better. Very pleased.

Getting into using seedbox wasn't particularly hard (and I'm new to this), however I've later faced some problems, which were quickly solved with the help of support team. The service is nice and actively trying to help you if you're new like me, the support team is quick to respond and help with everything you need, it provides several plans that would fit you best, and the price is relatively cheap compared to other services too.

Incredible performance by their support team! I was having a few issues with my seedbox after having the same installation for six years. When I brought it up, they offered to move it to a whole new node and update it while going through the manual work to keep my data intact. There was one mild hitch in the migration but my ticket about it was answered within half an hour and it was solved quickly and in a very friendly manner!

I'm just starting my journey with RapidSeedbox, but I have nothing but good things to say. I'm an advanced user, I like to tinker around with terminal and software and tune it to my exact needs, as such, I need to be able to break things, and as such, I came prepared with annoying questions. Matthew, who not only helped me make my purchase decision, answered my questions with the answers I wanted, but he actually helped me understand what else I need to break! I know it sounds stupid that I say break, but that's software to you. Things aren't going to go well at first; they're going to take multiple tries, but having the freedom to try and figure things out is what I want and need.
The price also seems very fair and very reasonable, I'll update my review in the future once I have played around more and I stopped crying due to me annoying myself to do things the hard way to gain a 2% better experience, even tho it's really not needed, but that's just me

The company offers a professional-level service to their customers, with privacy in mind. They also offer a very good level of support. Their variety of services fit my needs and that makes me a happy customer.

I've been using RSB for almost 5 years now and have literally no complaints. Any issues I've had, which were few, were swiftly resolved via online chat. Even when the issue was fully handled, I still received a follow up email checking in. The pricing has remained reasonable even with occasional upgrades on a more mid tier subscription. Even though I'm nowhere near the high end of their use cases, I have always been treated like a top tier customer. Their hardware is excellent with no noticeable downtime or loss of data.

I have been using RapidSeedbox for a few years now and I'm very happy with it. I don't think I will ever consider switching to another provider because the service has been great. Any issues (very minimal and minor in my opinion) are quickly addressed by the awesome team in customer service. Tonight, Matthew assisted in updating my seedbox because I was having trouble connecting. Within a few minutes, Matthew fixed my issue and I was up and running again. Awesome team and service which I highly recommend.

The service is great and the support is even better. Matthew is amazing, he went out of his way to help me and instruct me. He advise on different things I could do to optimize my system. I definitely recommend their service, I will continue to use and will recommend everyone.

After 2 hours I gave up. My pc is slow beyond frustration. I have been given great guidance by Mathew and have had many very helpful experiences with the RSB team. When I've cooled off i will try again. They have been extremely positive and helpful. I have been offered more hands on help from my CS rep. I will return to my device and continue the fight. They want their services to be used as we, the clients, want. Very recommended.

Got a seedbox, the website says unlimited data. However quickly found out that yes it is unlimited.... But the speed is capped very quickly after puchase (5 days in my case)
