I encountered a delay receiving my FtF certificates and wrote to the Rapid Travel Tests results team, who replied within 20 minutes, including the FtF certificates. They were both helpful and courteous.

I would not order through this business again. I oredred the pre flight and the 2 day PCR test. The pre flight test came in a very timeley manner. The PCR test has not arrived and all I keep getting from the service team is that it will be delivered today. However they cannot give me a tracker number for me, so I'm assuming they haven't even sent it out. The customer service line is terrible along with e wechat, even they can't get answers. I would recommend trying someone else.

I was able to book this from deepest Upper Egypt on my phone. When I got home I could not get to talk to anyone on the phone but there was a very helpful contact on the company website. I was notified that evening that they would come the next morning. The courier came as arranged and was very clear about how I had to take the test, and he waited outside while I did the test myself, and then I gave him the packet. He was also very clear about what would then happen and what I had to do next. Thank you to all.... it was a bit of a nerve-wracking time, but the company did what it said it would do and I thank them.

PLEASE DONT ORDER TEST KIT WITH THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED AND IT SAID NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND I AM STILL WAITING STRESSING MYSELF.

Late delivery, zero communication. Long hold time for call to be dropped.

Unacceptable. Avoid at all cost. Not too late to make it right, respond to my emails or calls.

Sadly, I am now retracting this original review…test 3 did not arrive and this company are not responding to emails or phone calls. I am in quarantine and have no means of getting another test done today. I appreciate that these companies are under pressure right now but please don’t advertise a service if you cannot deliver it.

In the lateral flow kit sent had bit missing. The testing board. All instructions in german for taking test. One small qr code for the registration details in english. Emailed twice. Sent tweet no response to urgent inquiry.

I paid in full, on the 20th for a flight on the 22nd. I never received any results, nor any information about it, I had to go back into the clinic twice and yet still have received nothing.
I complained and asked for a full refund, it has been 2 weeks since then without any update. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

My order was the exact item I asked for, it was delivered as agreed by the seller and everything needed to be done was carried out without delay-A job well done.

Results were supposed to be sent in 1 hour. It took about 26 hours. But I did get the certificate and the instructions for doing the self test were good.
