The lead time in quotation is not include with manufacturer lead time. So it make long lead time than expectation. Our concern is lead time delivery.

Good customer service
The response from every staff is pretty good, and they are reliable.
However, these parts were shipped from other company, and we did not know that until we received it. The delivery time took longer than we expected, and the condition and product sticker were not so good.

Good delivery time but ordering process needs reviewing
The correct items were delivered earlier than expected. However communication during the ordering process needs reviewing as it can be difficult to contact sales personnel and the first responders to calls are not decision makers, making the ordering process long.
