Great customer support, great product

Ordered some Rotor clips, hard to source over here but Raptor suppliers stocked them which was great, would have like a SS option. But can't have everything, quick delivery and reasonable price

Raptor had the parts i couldnt get readily in Australia, great communications from the company and the parts arrived very quickly, highly recommend.

Raptor Supplies are an excellent company to do business with and despite an issues with a well known courier they immediately sent a replacement item-would happily use them every time.

Raptor understood the urgency of procuring materials from America and were able to meet our needs in a short timescale. Communication in my particular experience with Parminder and Sandeep was first class, and tracking information being provided immediately really helped to provide peace of mind that goods were on their way to us in the UK.

Ordering a collar that goes between a motor and vacuum pump was initially hard to order as although your website was not compatible with our old browser it was hard to identify what wanted. With that over what made the experience great was the length the dispatch staff went to as the initial order was addressed to Post Office Box Yet DHL could not use it. So the Dispatch Staff went to ends length to make sure it was correctly directly to our Physical Address. Thanks Dispatch!

I have reached our to Raptor suppliers through browsing internet for a manifold gauge from Yellow jacket, They are very responsive and very friendly and also good with giving the update , Moreover I really recommend Raptor suppliers .

Service was great, excellent freight and tracking information. Unfortunately I thought I was buying from an Australian company. The item I purchased was made for America and as a non compatible power interface (110 VAC not 240 VAC) so I cannot use it.

Raptor had the gauges I was seeking - Spent hours on internet until I found their website.
Gauges arrived today.
Expedient Delivery considering I procured on-line over the Christmas shutdown period, parts were as ordered.
However, your invoicing should show a zero balance when you send to customer if they pay in advance on-line.

I am so delighted to have found a company (via an internet search) who could be so efficient and knowledgeable about their products. I had been looking for years for a replacement motor for a warm air heating system which was installed in the 60's to no avail.
Like so many times before to various other companies, I sent an email with pictures and virtually immediately received a reply with details of the motor. I was away so they kept it until my return. I cannot praise them enough or thank them for their efficiency and help. I would recommend them every single time. Thank you Raptor Supplies. You saved the day.
