I genuinely didn't know what to expect, shoot turnaround was fast, some edits took a bit longer than expected but was well worth it. Pand had some dope ideas, and gave me a good push towards bookings and some sync deals, can't complain
I’ve been working with RAPVILLE for about 5 months now . started as just strategy only.. which was exceeeding expectations !! then took a leap and went all in with the full package end to end.. was actually a bit nervous at first , never invested into my music this much.
first month content i got 500k views, and the strategy team actually sat down and explained ti me why it performed , and how i could go on to monetise from the content too which was awesome .
fast forward to now, done several shoots; even got a few other artists friends signed up lol . dope company, if you’re an artist who’s got the right mindset, willing to learn and adapt, you’ll be great !! i would reccomend for sure .

Starting off before onboarding, the communication was great. But after completing on boarding there were lots of miscommunications. Timelines got pushed back and we didn’t receive our first edits until about 2-3 months later. Most of the time it has felt like we are at the mercy of rapvilles schedule rather than ours. Which is the biggest reason why we hired this company. We started working with rapville to get things done quicker than they had been getting done before, & we are now even more behind than when we started. We are also getting around the same views as we normally get. We asked about refund opportunities which it seems from the contract, we are fully in our right to discuss. But we were recently told, that is off the table and we were offered two more free shoot days instead. So overall we have been pretty disappointed with the service and have felt a bit neglected throughout this process. The best thing so far out of all of this has been the detailed brand document that we were able to make after answering some pretty good questions about our brand identity. Some of the shots came out really nice as well. But we wouldn’t want to go through this experience again or recommend it to anyone else if they would be experiencing the same thing that we have experienced. I’m sure that other artists have had a better time with this company. That just hasn’t been our experience so far sadly.
Nayna and the rest of the team are brilliant strategists. My strategist Nayna truly cared about my vision, creativity, and brand identity from start to finish. The team is phenomenal and extremely caring for their artists, a rarity in this industry. Very pleased with how well they took care of me and looking forward to making more videos!
