I made an order over 6 weeks ago. No update has been received. I have emailed, messaged on Instagram, messaged on TikTok and sent webchat messages and had absolutely no communication or response. Plus my daughter is now missing one of her Christmas presents. Avoid at all costs, it's clearly a scam
Ordered a 2026 calendar, got sent a 2025 one, tried contacting via email to get it returned or swapped, nothing, via DM, nothing, my other half tried commenting on their social pages and they would either delete the comment or the entire post.
In the end I messaged the bank as I paid via credit card, who have now taken action due to no help or communication from Rapyear.com
