Communication.

Communication between customer and RCTV must be a high priority at RCTV. Ease of getting questions answered without delay is much appreciated. I also like the prior notification when a product is on its way to me.

Emails are informative and show all that is available. Ash knows what I am looking for, and calls with offers that I might not have seem. He is very helpful without being pushy. Everything I purchase arrives on time and boxed nicely.

Since I started collecting

Since I started collecting. You're team has been really genuine how I start & what I should be looking for. I only wish RCTV would enact longer payment plans like 4-5 monthly's It would give me more flexibility to purchase more & stay on top of my bills. Great Customer support services!!!
