HORRIBLE. Ordered a rare video. Received it. It was like watching a snowstorm that had unfortunately horrible sound. Company refused to accept responsibility for bad copy. Owner was polite, but refused to stand behind a horrible product. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased two movies from this website when it was still up back around 2018-ish, I think? Don't remember anymore. It was definitely before Covid, though. The movies in question were "The Ketchup Vampires" and "The Ketchup Vampires 2" (which is actually a prequel). Both were released on VHS in the late 90s and kind of obsecure, so I was thrilled to find them on DVD. The discs I got were regular burned discs - no cover art, although they did come in a case with it - and the movies were of the same quality that I originally remembered seeing them as. However, the company only promised a transfer, not a remaster. And is anyone who ever watched videotapes of VHS knows, the quality wasn't that great to begin with. So that's no fault of the seller's. I was just thrilled to have these two adorable children's movies in a format where I could enjoy them again, since I no longer own a VHS player or the tapes in question. I was very satisfied with my purchase and the price I paid for something I couldn't find anywhere else. Would buy movies from this company again if they were still in existence!
