Customer service was awful and they had no kind of urge to help me even though I had been waiting almost a month for my shoes. If I could give them 0stars I would.

DO NOT ORDER FROM RARELAB. THE WORST COMPANY I’ve ever had to encounter with. Ordered shoes from Rare Lab on May 8th, and they finally arrived on June 10th. Customer service was incredibly rude and argumentative, handling emails like casual WhatsApp chats. They sent my order to the wrong address and blamed Royal Mail, without a single apology. Avoid Rare Lab at all costs!

Bought a pair of shoes start of December and was a little slow to be sent out.. went on trust pilot for a few people to say they have been scammed, clearly impatient people. contacted Rare Lab and got nothing but 10/10 service and they had this sorted with Royal Mail within a few days. Shoe’s received today safe to say the Mrs is happy 😅

I have received my goods after all, which is why I am giving 5* review this time.
Communication with the customer is crucial. Otherwise, they will keep getting mixed reviews.

Delivery was delayed due to royal mail but arrived and packaged well and as ordered. I had a small query and my email was answered promptly. Will buy from RareLab again.

Excellent experience overall using Rare Lab. Customer service I found to be very responsive after purchase. Had the pleasure of speaking to James who gave me advice on which size to select and very attentive. Requested gift wrapping and was pleased with the personal touches added which included a happy birthday card. Trainers were of the highest quality.

I had issues with Royal Mail delivery status and the team at Rare were great in assisting and resolving.

My previous review got flagged by Rare Lab and removed by Trustpilot so I’ll just give a description of events and allow readers to make their own conclusions.

I ordered a pair of Yeezy 700v2 Vantas on 10/06, they arrived on the 22/06. There were Chinese characters on the parcel. Rare Lab have claimed the item was shipped domestically.

When I opened the box I noticed that the shoes had the US size label and were missing paper in the toe box area which instantly aroused my suspicions. On closer inspection they appeared to be poor quality fakes. I paid for an independent professional Authenticator to look at the shoes and was told that with 100% certainty they were counterfeit.

When I shared this information with Rare Lab they were adamant that they weren’t fake. Following some rather unprofessional (in my opinion) interactions with Rare Lab I got the impression that they weren’t going to honour a return in spite of my legal right.

After issuing a chargeback request I was advised by my bank to return the shoes to the return address listed on Rare Lab’s website which I promptly did via Royal Mail tracked 24. Royal Mail confirmed that the package was delivered to the building in which Rare Lab claims to be situated, however a few days later the parcel was returned to me with Return to Sender addressee not at this address written on the box. Also, having reported Rare Lab to Trading Standards Manchester for selling counterfeit shoes, they returned to me saying that it appears that Rare Lab isn’t at the address listed. I made a claim in my previous review based on this evidence however Trustpilot removed it as they didn’t believe it was sufficient, so on this occasion I urge readers to draw their own conclusions.

The fresh trainer smell never gets old! Firstly, the attention to detail in terms of customer service, updates and overall experience was first class. I had queries which they were prompt in answering and once the shoes were verified and ready to ship, Rare Labs provided details to track the delivery from start to finish. The parcels themselves were so neatly packed upon arrival. I felt like a kid at a candy shop when unboxing my Yeezys. Thank you Rare Labs for providing such a fantastic reseller service.

Very personal touch with great communication throughout the process. Even when dealing with the awful, as usual, Evri who just cannot get things right, James was able to at least keep me up to date on the progress and raised an incident ticket with the courier.
Excellent item in the end at a great price compared to other sites.
Highly recommended. Just hope they switch away from Evri! :-)

Amazing experience and love my Yeezys. Quick delivery. Exactly what I asked for couldn’t fault the flawless service.

So happy with my order which arrived today. I couldn’t be happier with the level of quality and service I received overall. The sneakers are so amazing and had original tags. Rare Lab went through the effort to double box which is important when paying a lot of money you want everything to be perfect which they made sure of and delivered a top service.

The downside was it took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. I understand it wasn’t Rare Labs fault and the fault of Royal Mail. Rare Lab customer support team were super supportive throughout. They answered all of my questions and provided me with constant updates on the delivery status. The customer support was super patient and a pleasure to deal with. This is amazing to see as certain companies I’ve ordered Yeezys from in the past do not respond at all and have suboptimal service. I’d highly recommend anyone to choose Rare Lab for there next purchase of Yeezys.
