Quick delivery, was great. I bought a fringed item which unfortunately on first wear already had a lot of fray.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the fabric, strings can tend to fray and hang loose, these can be removed without effecting the look of the dress. We understand that this is not something you want for a brand new dress, however with transit and movement from trying the dress on this is inevitable. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Great quality, quick delivery!
So happy with my order! I ordered two dresses, both fit perfectly and the quality of them is great and true to size. I ordered the dresses Thursday evening and got them Saturday morning - quick delivery too. Will definitely be ordering again!

The material of the dress is terrible…
The material of the dress is terrible it cagged straight away and is definitely not worth its value … I will be reviewing online to followers because a lot wanted to go out and buy it and I would not like them to waste their money. Delivery was great however.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. I ordered the viral fringe dress. The dress arrived with fringes at odd lengths and multiple fringes hanging off the dress - it looked absolutely ridiculous and broken when worn. I wrote to customer service stating that the dress was damaged upon arrival and they said this was normal and to be expected, and that fringes hanging off the dress did not count as a faulty item! I was forced to pay for return postage to return a faulty, unwearable item.
Looking at the trust pilot reviews I can see multiple customers have had this issue. To clarify I spoke to customer service, we had a lengthy discussion about the inadequacy of the so called disclaimer on their website and I provided photos of the clearly unwearable and damaged item. I was still forced to pay postage.

This company is Amazing!
This company is great! My dress was of the upmost quality, and the shipping time is incredibly fast. I am located in the states, and my dress got here in one week! Also, the customer service team is incredible. There was an issue with me being sent the wrong dress, and when I emailed them about my issue, they resolved it immediately and already had another dress dispatched of my correct size! And, it was expedited so it gets here in 3 days! As for the wrong size dress, they told me I can just keep it because of the inconvenience! The customer service really carries themselves with much class and I appreciate that there are still businesses out there that operate the way that Rare London does.
