We offer a very unique service for busy individuals for their homes and offer a full management service for their homes to allow them to not worry out about plumbing and heating issues and have their homes maintained to a high standard We understand prime London real estate and know-how work needs to be carried out in the home down cover and protecting the home before work is required. We always carry all protective equipment on the van and protect areas of work when required. At Rare we only find solutions to the problems you have with your heating system in your home to make it as comfortable and easy to manage as you would like it to be. We mainly cover most of the inner London circle and are always normally a stone's throw away. We have vast experience in heating system domestic and commercial system.

Disappointing

I booked a job for a boiler leak repair and a service. They came and only repaired the leak and didn’t tell me that they hadn’t done the service until after I paid the invoice. They then agreed to return to do the service but didn’t turn up. Now they’re refusing to answer repeated calls/ messages, even though I’ve told them that the boiler is now not working at all and I’ve been left with no hot water or heating in 1 degrees. I’m so disappointed in this company and now will have to pay a second call out fee to someone else to rectify this.
