Gery was fantastic. I changed my order a few times, but he was happy to help me out without complaint. He gave me the information I needed and sent me some photos to confirm parts of my order. Then there were some delays on my part and again he helped me out. So he was very considerate. It was an international transaction (to Australia) involving one big part and he packed it well and it arrived very quickly. His store has many items. Very happy with the service. You can rely on RPP for swift and good service. David.

Ordered part not as shown
Delivery was in the end fast enough. I was getting stressed as the car was undrivable in a garage I didn't own.
However, the part was missing components that were shown in the pictures. I have send an email about this. I had to take the part from the old transaxle.
The rebuild quality was also not fully satisfactory. The input shaft seal was incorrectly installed, requiring me to order a replacement. In addition, one of the mounting bracket bolts was seized to the point of being practically welded into the housing, which made installation far more difficult than necessary. I would expect a rebuild to address seized components.
Because of this bolt, the installation took several hours instead of the roughly 30 minutes it should have taken.
The transaxle does function well now, but needing to correct issues on a rebuilt unit has affected my confidence in the build quality.

I modify my reply too in that case, as now we have another issue, but it seems your previous poor feedback was a bit early on UPS after 4 days of your purchase, also leaving it on our Trustpilot, I still think that was a bit unfair.
Very sorry about the seized bolt, if you could send me the email to explain a bit better the situation that would be great to make sure we don`t bump into the same issue again and also we can work out a refund amount for the inconvenience.
Luckily we never had any warranty problems with the gearboxes came from this company so I`m pretty confident it will work as it should, obviously if there are any problems we are here find a solution but I would prefer to keep to communication via email rather than on this platform if possible.
