Failed to deliver original and replacement copies of Mortal Kombat Steelbook
The first steelbook copy of Mortal Kombat never arrived. Contacted Rarewaves and they were kind enough to send me a replacement. Alas that too failed to arrive. Waiting for an in stock item for nearly a month does not look good... So had to get a full refund from them. Not sure which company you use for delivery but they are definitely not up to spec and should be notified.

Very good company
Pretty good on their return policy (my item was greatly damaged when it arrived). Only negative is that they should cut down on the LGBTQ and all this "look at us, we're supporting the new current trend and fighting evil " promos/emails cause it's getting pretty annoying.

Disks are Zone B - US buyers beware.
I was surprised to find that the disks were in Zone B. This makes the disks either unplayable or cost me almost $2000.00 USD to get a Zone-Free player here in the US.

The combination of excellent prices, a great reward points scheme, the 10% discount offer that happens toward the end of every month plus great customer service means Rarewaves is the only place I now use to build my 4K collection. Orders take a bit longer to arrive than places such as Amazon, but this is really no problem for me.
