DONT EVER ENGAGE WITH THEM!!!

ALL ABOUT WHATS GOOD FOR HIM, NOT HIS CUSTOMER!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,

I am absolutely speechless when it comes to my experience about Rasmus Lindgren and the service that he provides. I wanted to participate on the course Passion & Profit which was due in the early summer. However due to Covid19 they postponed it 3 months (September) and gave me 14 days to confirm. I did not see the email before the due date which left me in a situation where I could not participate on the new date for the course.

Reaching out to his assistant they told me that it was too late for me to get my money back. I stated that I thought it would be fair as they so far had injured no cost in relation to me not coming. At the time I therefore decided not to pay the remaining 2 fees. After which they ended up closing my access to the content, which is okay as I did not see it yet anyway. So far having spend 3000,- for nothing I kind od thought that I would never hear from them again, and that they scammed me for DKK 3000,- for which I alny received little value, if any at all.

Well just today I received a notice by email from Luindgren & Co. that they will take me to court for the remaining 2 fees. I am speechless. BAD SERVICE, the worst service actually that I have ever experienced.

They are only about the money and not the value they deliver. DONT EVER ENGAGE WITH RASMUS LINDGREN.

Nu kan jeg ikke se dit navn, der står bare "kunde". Ud over det så er seminaret på dansk hvorfor din anmeldelse for et seminar du ikke har deltaget i, skrevet på engelsk, ikke giver den store mening.

Vi rykkede grundet covid-19 seminaret fra maj til september. På trods af at vi ikke var underlagt noget lovmæssigt krav, valgte vi at tilbyde at man kunne flytte sin tilmelding eller få alle sine penge tilbage.

Men det er korrekt. Du fik hele 14 dage til at beslutte dig.

At du ikke åbner din email eller for den sags skyld vælger a deltage er dit eget problem.

Og jo, selvfølgelig har vi udgifter til dig. Vi har betalt hotellet hvor vi holder det (med fuld forplejning iøvrigt... Prøv at tjekke hvad en dagspris er på et hotel 😉 - til andre der læser med... der er tale om et 3-dages seminar).

Så vi har afholdt alle udgifter allerede inden du overhovedet dukker op.

Når du køber et produkt hæfter du selvfølgelig for hele beløbet, også selvom du vælger at dele betalingen op i rater som vi (som en god service) tilbyder vores kunder.

Vi "scammer" ikke vores kunder. Vi leverer faktisk væsentlig bedre service end de fleste andre der har måtte flytte events og koncerter grundet corona.
