I purchased a multicolor striped sweater and they sent the sweater in a completely different color theme than what is pictured. Extremely disappointing. Given the horrible reviews about returns I’ll keep it and never order from this company again.

The tracking number isn’t working and I’ve been waiting a month and my credit card has been charged 138.00! I’m thinking this is a scam.

You have my phone number CALL ME! Because there’s no phone number to call you. I will call my credit card issuer and tell them not to honor this if I don’t hear soon.

I loved the look of the dress. I was slightly disappointed with the feel of it. Typically rayon is very soft and flowing.

The first dress arrived in good time. It turned out to be a bit small so all I needed to do was to pay extra postage and a replacement was sent and I did not need to send the first one back. The dress was lovely and really well made service was excellent.

The size was incorrect and they made my shopping extra special by replacing it for the correct size without hassle and without having to return the original dress. Who does that anymore, thank you Rasney.

Bought this beautiful dress but did not realize the fabric is too sheer and will need to wear a slip with it. I do love the material though. I am 5'3" and dress length is below the knees.

Takes a while to get your items but, when you do it is worth the wait. Good quality clothing and I love everything I have ordered through Rasney!! ❤️

Charities and your company: It was a long wait to receive the dress, but it is beautiful and simple. I want to know more about your company, how can I learn about you? How can I learn about the charities you support?

Dress is adorable and well made. Only issue (and it isn't huge) is the snugness through the arms. However, I was warned about that by reading another purchaser's review. My husband loved it when I wore it and I've had loads of positive comments from the ladies at church! Just wish it didn't take so long for shipping (about 3 weeks).

The experience was difficult as no one let me know that my second dress was holding up my order which I wanted for a special occasion. Once I inquired they quickly canceled the 2nd dress so my other dress shipped, though not in time for the ocassion. I do love the dress though!

I had an issue with three of the dresses I ordered and it took a while to get an address to return them to the company and today I just received a box with the three dresses in it and they left me a big note that I had sent the to a company called Ramsey. The address they gave me was crossed out but they were not kind enough to give me a proper address so I could still return them. I have heard of
Scams and this is the first time I have been victim to one. I expect the proper address to be sent to my email address at once and for them to take care of this mess

I love the dress, but I accidently ordered it twice and trying to get Pen Pal to advise me how to send back and be credited to my back. The dress I opened was just paid thru my bank not pen pal (even though deducted from my bank.

I loved being able to order online. The dress is comfortable, but because I'm short, it's a little long. Service was great!

The dress is pretty and fits well.
It took quite a bit longer to get here than I expected.

As with the previous reviewer, I should have researched this company. They sent me two dresses and billed me twice. When I tried to return one, I was initially told returns were only for damaged products. When I pointed out that their website said nothing about damage & promised returns & money back within 30 days, they initially offered me $11. (Dress + shipping was $60). When I threatened them, they offered me $28. When I reported them to Visa, they offered a refund for the dress but not the shipping. I mailed the dress back with a tracking number as they requested. They said they refunded my money. They have not. (I will note that the dress itself is very nice but I didn't order two. These are not good business people.)
