Great experience using the website to find the perfect credit card for me. Now I’m raking in the cash back!

Arranged a mortgage ahead of time, Tamie and Hitesh were great to deal with and everything went smooth with no changes. No bait and switch , I got the rate I was told at the start. Called and talked to my contacts 1 1/2 months later with 0 time on hold.

I was able to very quickly identify the best rate for my GIC investment by using their comparison table. The information was clear and easy to understand.

Had an awful experience with our mortgage agent Vivian. We signed the mortgage commitment and it took more than a month to "verify income"; when the bank finally verified income, they suddenly cancelled the commitment close to our closing date. Results were disastrous and could've caused us to become homeless, and possibly even sued by the sellers. It should NOT have taken more than a month to verify income and both the mortgage agent and bank dropped the ball on this. I received a "courtesy call" from a manager after giving feedback on my experience, but it was just a regurgitation of what I already knew. Sounded like a politician's answer, with no resolutions.

I absolutely cannot recommend Ratehub as a result of this.

They referred me to Square One insurance who in turn provided the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years! RateHub and Square One are now on my list of companies to steer my friends and family away from!

I recently came across Ratehub's TFSA calculator and found it very helpful. It clearly outlines the contribution limits for each year and has a handy calculator to help me track my contribution room. It's also full of tips and resources to ensure you're maximizing your TFSA to its fullest potential. Highly recommend it, especially for someone new to investing.

I have a great experience with ratehub ( Mandeep) . Even though I've never met him in person, but just talking to him on the phone for different purposes including recent mortgage, made me feel that I know him for longe time

I first went to Ratehub to purchase renters insurance. Their renter’s insurance form made everything simple and I was able to secure a really great rate. I also used Ratehub to check out my options for loyalty rewards credit cards. Ratehub’s blog on The best rewards credit cards in Canada for 2023 made it easy for me to narrow down which card was right fit for my spending habits, and where I’d like to earn. I really recommend using their Card Finder tool as well.

I was looking for a new credit card to maximize rewards and came across Ratehub. I used their card finder tool to explore what would be the best suited card for me.

I inputed minimal details and it recommended the Amex cobalt as the option that would give max rewards based on my category spending. Got the card for me and added my wife as an add-on. We've been racking up reward points ever since (more than I thought we would do).

Overall, I had a great experience and glad I used ratehub to get the card.

P.S: I've also used their mortgage calculators and found them to be extremely useful to check home affordability and estimate monthly mortgage payments.

When my spouse and I started looking for a home, we reached out to Ratehub.ca for a pre-approval and hoping to get a good broker who could guide us through the homebuying process. Our broker from Ratehub was super knowledgeable and very helpful. He was also really responsive and patient with all of our questions, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a great experience, and would strongly recommend Ratehub if you want the same!

I went to Ratehub to check out my options for travel rewards credit cards, and I was very pleased with the experience. Their Card Finder tool made it easy for me to narrow down which card was the right fit for my spending habits, and the types of rewards I wanted to earn. I was very happy with the welcome bonus I got with the card I chose, and plan to use my points to book train travel this fall. I was also impressed with their library of articles and signed up for their newsletter because I’m interested in mortgage current events.

Terrible. The advisor (Amanda McGovern) was condescending, rude, and ultimately no help at all. There are far better options out there that should be explored by potential home buyers.

I used Ratehub recently to find a credit card that I could use while traveling outside of Canada. Their card finder was super helpful in connecting me with a card which charges no foreign transaction fees, comes with free airport lounge passes, and includes insurance like Flight Delay and Baggage Delay. I've recommended the card (Scotiabank Passport Infinite) to a bunch of friends, and also Ratehub for all their credit card research needs since I probably wouldn't have thought about applying for it if not for Ratehub!

Ratehub got us the best rate - and also the best experience. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Ratehub was a great resource for the information we needed. He clearly explained what the process would be like, what we needed to prepare, and what we should expect in the current market. He helped us lock in a great rate (and we were so thankful we did when rates went up). He kept us up to date with everything that was happening, so we always felt like everything was well taken care. When we emailed or called with concerns, he was always there to address our concerns (and kept us sane through it all).

In the end, our mortgage closed without a problem. The service we received was above and beyond. I cannot imagine any bank agents being there for us as much as Rob was. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional. If you’re wondering if you should use Ratehub I can tell you from our experience that you should!

Kevin was able to answer all of my and my spouse's many questions, and gave us really fantastic advice on what type of mortgage to get. Kevin laid out very clearly what documentation we needed and made sure that the whole process of obtaining a pre-approval and a mortgage was a seamless experience. Having had such a positive experience with Kevin, I decided to check out Ratehub's home and auto insurance. This time, I worked with Kadian, who was also really great. He was able to get me all the coverage I needed at a fantastic rate, and provided much-needed advice all through the process. Our previous insurance company gave me an employee discount, and I'm still saving with my Ratehub insurance. I strongly recommend Ratehub for its excellent, professional, and competent service.
