BOGUS WEBSITE FOR ADVERTISING AGENTS TO ARTIFICIALLY INFLATE THEIR GOOGLE RANKINGS - END OF STORY. AUSTRALIA IS AN ABYSMAL COUNTRY FOR REAL ESTATE AS IT IS NOT REGULATED AND GOVT LIKES IT THIS WAY NOR DOES IT CARE, AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR FAT, GREASY FINGERS ON YOUR STAMP DUTY/TAXES, GOVT WILL CONTINUE 'WORKING IN PARALLEL' WITH AGENTS AND THEIR REAL ESTATE INSTITUTES (WHICH LEGALLY PROTECT AGENTS ONLY). 99% OF AGENTS ARE UNDERPERFORMING, UNMOTIVATED AND INCOMPETENT. AFTER ALL IT IS EASY MONEY AND AS LONG AS YOU PAY THEM MARKETING FEES (FOR NOTHING) WHICH IS EXTRA COMMISSION FOR THEM, YOUR PROPERTY MAY SELL ITSELF AS THEY WON'T BUT THEY WILL FORCE THE PRICE DOWN TO COLLECT THEIR COMMISSION - PERIOD. RATE MY AGENT JUST COLLECTS THEIR PAID ADVERTISING FEE TO BOOST THE AGENT'S PROFILE. THIS IS A PATHETIC CLASSIFIEDS WEBSITE AT BEST.

How is this site allowed to operate? Actual reviews outlining a true experience is not acceptable if shown in a negative light. I have personal experience with a grubby, dishonest property manager who is committing fraud and getting away with it thanks to fake reporting on this site.

I have added a bad review for my sale agent but this website did not post it or consider it for the rating of the agent. Also this does not provide options to review agents when the property is out of market which excludes all the bad reviews from the agents. This website is dishonest and do not consider their ratings for your decision to sell the property.

It only lets you rate an agent when the sale is successful. If the agent fails to sell the house - or is simply terrible - you can’t leave a rating. That means the site is full of false positives.

Gloria Wright was very professional, consistent and informative. She listened to what we wanted, gave constructive and honest feedback, and then did her best. She treated us with patience and understanding and she also spoke with great respect and thoughtfulness when mentioning any potential buyers and the current tenant in the unit.
Just before settlement, Gloria left her current employer, but she notified us in full detail of what was happening with the hand over to another sales agent going really well.
There's no doubt, we will chose her again.

I was extremely disappointed with RateMyAgent. After taking the time to write an honest and factual review about a poor experience I had with a real estate agent, I discovered that my review was not visible. I can now see that it has been published. Negative reviews should be visible

Our The Industry real estate listing lasted only a few days!
Prior to listing, and over a period of four months I had several meetings at our property with Rachel Higgins, one of the sales' people at The Industry. I met her initially at one of her open homes. The paver driveway of that open home was completely covered with weeds. That's all I remember about that property. I did visit one other of her open homes and all the front yard and entry was literally covered with mud! *facepalm*
Anyhow I probably spent at least two hours explaining to Rachel Higgins that if we list with The Industry, I didn't want to have an open home because I live here. I was nervous about listing with her due to the fact that she expects all sellers to cop at least a $20,000 discounted offer from their asking price. She made that clear to me a couple of times. Anyway we bit the Industry poisonous bullet and signed up and the marketing began.
After a couple of days I received an email from Higgins starting out...'Gary, I know you don't want an open home, but we need to have one..'
That, after, on numerous occasions I explained to her the reasons why I didn't want an open home.
Of course, I refused to have an open home and because of that refusal she immediately terminated the contract agreement we had with The Industry. She spitefully terminated the contract the day before the busy school holiday period when multitudes of visitors from down south visit Cairns.
Another caveat emptor...beware of The Industry's grubby hidden fee of $1,000 apart from commissions in the fine print.

Misleading information. There is no way on earth that the real estate agents on this platform have such outstanding reviews.

Some of the agents I have dealt with have been absolutely disgusting to deal with and yet have shining reviews saying they are the earth's best real estate talent.

About 1-2% of real estate agents are truly great. Then there is daylight and the remainder are generally very lazy and poorly skilled.

In my view, websites like this should be banned.

Oh, and the agents pay subscriptions to this company which is publicly listed on the stock exchange. What does that tell you?

The Worst Real Estate Agency – Stay Far Away from Elders Real Estate Blacktown!
As a landlord of multiple properties, I have dealt with several real estate agencies over the years, and I can confidently say that Elders Real Estate Blacktown under Rufina Djo is the most incompetent, negligent, and unprofessional agency I have ever encountered.

Absolute Mismanagement – My property has been left in a complete mess due to their sheer lack of responsibility and professionalism. They do not take their job seriously.

Appalling Documentation – Missing paperwork, incorrect details, and constant delays. They fail to provide even the most basic documents needed for proper property management.

Fraudulent Fees & Charges – They shamelessly take money for services that are never provided. This agency is nothing but a cash-grab operation.

Horrendous Communication – Emails and calls are ignored for weeks, and when they do respond, it’s with excuses and dismissive answers. They have zero customer service skills.

Total Lack of Accountability – When confronted with their failures, they refuse to take responsibility and instead blame others or make empty promises.

If you value your investment, DO NOT trust Elders Real Estate Blacktown with your property. Their mismanagement, dishonesty, and disregard for landlords make them the worst real estate agency I have ever worked with. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them at all costs!

This shameless website talked about me saying that he has not sold any properties over the last 12 months !!! Absolute nonsense … I have launched a complaint to the office of fair trading and will wait for their approach and decision. The page that talks about me has vanished today . Gutless worms trying to interfere in other people’s lives with no authority .

They dont allow you to leave reviews if your hosue didnt sell, therefore all the reviews are from people happy because the property sold. You therefore cant get true representation of agent

Scam is what I would say. Jennifer Brown @ Ebby Realtors brought a buyers with contingent sale contract for our house in Fort Worth. She glorified the bites so well and we let them occupy our house on a month to month rental contract till the closing date which was 2 months away. The family of 3 kids and dogs needed a home in time for holidays and the realtor got us to agree with the deal because their other house was already in contract, they also insisted on an as is buying though our house was in good condition with newly painted walls, new carpets, new kitchen oven, new fence, roof, foundation pillars, foundation irrigation and a great community. As soon as they occupied, even before doing an evaluation of house or anything, they backed off the buying contract and started trying to continue on a month to month till they find a house in another city they prefer. We didn't agree to the request, but the realtor and tenants thought once they are living in the house we would let them continue. We are trapped loosing another month of house in market because they won’t move out before the lease contract date which was set to the closing date. Have to go through cleaning and all that again. Be careful with any clients these people bring.

This website is not trustworthy, they only allowed buyers to leave reviews to the agent they deal with, how can it help with other buyers to avoid bad agents. They mentioned they need a contract and not random people to ruin agent's reputation, they asked for contract as a prove , so you can leave a review. I left a review and once the agent response, I want to response to the agent's response, and I can't. When I email them, they said you need to fully purchased the property, so you can leave the review. My case is complicated, property is under my boyfriend's name, but we purchase together, it didn't go through under my name. And then they removed my review, they only protected agents not buyers. So basically it's impossible to leave any negative reviews on this website .

Rate my agent is a scam. I submitted a review for an agent on Nov 15, 2023. I even got an email from Rate My Agent thanking me for the review. But five days later, the Rate My Agent website says there are no reviews for the agent. The review was not positive, so I assume Rate My Agent only publishes fake fluff reviews, and not reviews that are truthful.

I paid a full-year subscription and what a waste of money! Their customer service is terrible. I am a Realtor and my business relays heavily on my customer reviews. When I receive a review from a customer Rate My Agent does not partner with Google, Zillow, or Real Satisfied so all the reviews I received from Zillow or Real Satisfied cannot be shown on any platform. A total disappointment!

I signed up Rep said they would take care of it. Verified my MLS Board and said they can get info. I paid then I got all wrong info. I sent email to the Help department 3 times and nothing, not even a response!!!
I told rep I am done! Cancel and refund my amount...
Then they try ua gozillion times over 2 or 3 days to back track and not want to refund me!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY

Rate My Agent is not an accurate rating system for real estate agents. I have learned, real estate agents choose who they send Rate My Agent review requests to. They are completely in control. For instance, the real estate agent that sold my home made many mistakes and caused unnecessary problems in selling my home. She knew and acknowledged this; therefore, she did NOT send me a request for review, knowing I would give a fair and honest rating on what happened, and she did not want to skew her misleading 5.0 profile.

Rate my agent used my photo and information without permission, then provided inaccurate information about my sales.

Very helpful site. Have used it many times to review who I would sell my Property with.
