This Company have just attempted to deduct over a 100 dollars from my account I know nothing about.
I have used there chat service to complain and cancel.
They have given me a dead link and tried to blame my browser and connection.I changed and checked both.
Another dead link.
Funny that it is the cancel link is fake.
They say they will try again in 2 days.
I am going to have to cancel my card as they are not responding.
In all honesty I really think they don't need to scam money out of people if they actually have a viable product...

If a link is not working, it can sometimes be related to browser settings or session issues, but our support team can always provide an alternative method.

I read an advertisement on how your company finds great deals on flights/potential first class/premium seats, if you know where to look, well that caught my attention.
Since I am attending a convention in Johannesburg in August, I wanted to check the deals/price offered. I am traveling with three other people and my goal is to find the best price deals.
After exploring, I found your price to be the same with other third-parties company websites. Understandable, with the war happening, gas prices skyrocketing each day.

Ratepunk a waste of money if you live in Oz.
Ratepunk didn’t offer any deals on flights from Sydney Australia that were cheaper than other sites. Indeed although they charge you US$50 per month for access premium economy and business fares their offerings were sometimes 50% higher than other standard booking sites. Joining is a waste of money if you live in Australia.
