Prompt, professional in acquiring quotes & confirmation.
Customer service was great, prompt, they checked with the broker for the quote follow-up right away, although it didn't work out because the quotes weren't matched or better than what I already had. The whole experience was actually very quick and I had confirmation within the hour. So all in all, great service if you're looking for professionalism, promptness, and just getting the information you need.
