Support team were extremely helpful and suggested adjusting delivery date to allow for changes in measurements. Got suits out to all of our addresses and we're great and getting things adjusted. Made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Really quick responses too which made the whole experience great.

Fantastic customer service! Really clear instructions for both measuring and the process steps. We had to make changes to a jacket, shirt and trouser sizing and within 2 days had received the new set - that fitted beautifully. High quality tuxedo and able to choose the choice of handkerchief colour to match in with wife's outfit colour. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I rented a kilt and Jacket from Rathbones and I have difficulty in finding fault with the service or the actual items.
The return was really easy as well.
I would definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend this rental service. I made an order for the Michael Kors tuxedo which promptly arrived a few days later. When the order arrived the jacket was a perfect fit on the shoulders but a bit too small in arm length. I sent an email to their customer service team, and a extremely helpful employee (shoutout to Megan) very quickly replied and exchanged a number of emails with me discussing the options and which replacement size would be the best fit. The replacement arrived within 48 hours of the initial delivery and fit much better.

Overall I was really happy with the service provided and the quality of the tuxedo as well.

My one suggestion would be to improve the size guide online by measuring each jacket size and listing the chest, arm and body measurements to help people select the right choice first time.

I rented a morning suit from Rathbone’s for my son’s wedding. The suit arrived on time and was very smart.
The jacket was slightly too big, but Rathbone’s immediately sent me an extra jacket at a smaller size in time for the wedding.
They have provided throughout an efficient professional service, which I have been very impressed with, and will definitely be using them again.

Arrived in plenty of time, super helpful customer service - Would use again, great suits, clean and in near new condition.

The only negative is they use DPD as the courier service, they said they missed us but they never tried to come to the office. So I had to collect it from a pickup center.

The customer service is fantastic. I ended up having to tweak sizes, etc.. but nothing is too much trouble. If I need to hire a suit again, I would use them without hesitation.

Absolutely brilliant customer service!

I needed some help tweaking the size of my suit (I'm fatter than anticipated) and the team at Rathbones were able to get me an expedited suit out to an address that was on the way to my event. The whole process was really smooth and I'll definitely be using them again.

Our box was to be delivered on Monday, June 19 with instructions that we must have it in hand no later than Thursday, June 22 in time for Royal Ascot June 23. It was attempted delivery on Friday, June 16. On Wednesday June 21, I was asked for a local number which I provided. On Thursday, June 22 I was told it would be delivered by 10:30 AM. I then get word that it wouldn’t be delivered until Friday June 23. It arrived too late for our use, as we departed early to setup at Ascot to receive our guests. I had to go out and purchase a suit on Thursday after we got word that it would not arrive in time. And I told DPD to return the item which they would not do.

When trying to return the box that arrived late, it was most difficult because no local DPD would accept such a large box. The return label code and link provided by DPD did not work so I had to purchase a new return label.

I have requested a refund several times with no proper response.

All in all it was a very expensive fiasco that I do not recommend to anyone.
