Customer service turned it around!
Company got hold of me via a direct phone call to rectify the situation. 3 cards were supplied free of charge and also a very nice keychain. Stephan who called was very apologetic about my situation and the staff member I dealt with previously through the website and explained they were a new company under high demand. Now a happy customer
