Look up CMBA appliances for true review of Rattan Hut. My only interest is to protect the future money of the majority of people who will be let down by this company.
I have reached out to you this week ,A signed for letter was sent to your London mailbox as well as an email to your company.
The details you reply with to counteract my review are not true and you have failed to reply to every call, email,Facebook messenger and letter sent to you with my only option to do a chargeback or take you to court.
I also have several contacts from previous communications on Facebook all of whom have similar issues raised and some have taken you to court or similarly carried out a chargeback.
Perhaps if you had replied in April I would not have been forced to challenge with a chargeback. Which by the way you are required to have stringent evidence before banks will proceed and have to have requested a direct refund to you before they will progress.
All I wanted was a reply from your company and solution to the poor quality of the product which was only evident on building the unit. And to enact the 5 year warranty !

Nice experience from order to delivery. After a while of browsing I finally picked out a nice rattan set that would seat our whole family and it was delivered to our home fairly quickly. It took some time to assemble but the organised instructions really helped.

Superb furniture at really good prices. Delivery took four days and had a follow up contact from the company to make sure things went smoothly. Really nice experience.
