its a super nice website

This company is a straight scam!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! $50 later and no product delivered. They STOLE my money!!!

My package has been stolen. I asked them if it is possible to refund or resend it again like Amazon. They even did not answer my email.

I paid $39.99 for 'DHL' shipping and 19 days later the product is supposedly still 'in transit'. No idea if I will ever actually receive the order. Very unhappy!!!

Update: It took a while but the product - a replacement case for my apple AirPods pro - finally arrived and it's working. If all goes well and I don't still get a $30.00 bill for import taxes, it will have cost me half of what an original apple replacement would have cost

I cannot track my order. Everytime I click the link it shows some Chinese whatever that I have no idea what. I think this website is a scam.

I paid for an accessory and my order is yet to be trackable via the tracking number they sent me through email confirmation of my order. Customer service responded to my follow up email, however they did not follow through and answer my nicely asked questions. Literally a waste of money, this is 100% a scam and the positive reviews are most likely forged, please use my situation as an example and save yourself the money.

Ordered a replacement Airpod Pro charger 10 days ago. They immediately sent me an email saying they received my order; however, they have still not shipped the item. Not sure if they still plan to send me the item or not, but apparently I'm not supposed to contact them unless the item is still not received after 60 days! Who wants a charger 2 months from when they order it?

I will update this review if the product is shipped.

Excellent quality, excellent site

Very great website. I lost my airpods charging box. I spend a cheap price to get a new one

I placed an order on what until a few days ago was their previous site - vifocal.com - for a spare lcd display about a month ago. Result: I have never received a single email confirming the order i had just made, the order has never been processed and now has even changed domain in raugee.com, completely replacing the old site and my vifocal.com account has magically disappeared along with my order. They are virtually unreachable both by email and from their own website a few days before it changed domain. Not even with opening a dispute on PayPal i managed to get their attention. The disconcerting thing is that 4 years ago i already had an experience with this site and was positive in the sense that i received the ordered goods (albeit after about 7 weeks) and it was all in the norm. But now i feel i've been scammed, beyond what their site looks like, which instead gives the positive impression of being a professional smartphone retailer. Anyone who cares for his wallet, it is my duty as consumer to suggest that you should turn your attention elsewhere and stay away from this fraudulent site.
