But there is Rauva and an incredible team: extremely friendly, experienced and professional. Without Rauva, I wouldn't have gone through all this. I needed to open a company from zero and with Rauva team it has been a near zero effort process! Took almost a month (but had easter holidays during it) but besides signing papers online i had nothing else to do and that's great in this busy world!!! Also all went super well and team was always helpfull! Considering it's giving its first steps, and will grow and add features i can only recommend it as it's already super user friendly, functional and practical!

My experience with Rauva's certified invoicing and expense management services has been very positive. The software is user-friendly, and their customer support is responsive and kind. It's made managing my invoices much easier. Definitely a service worth considering.

I *tried* to create a company through Rauva. I needed the company to sign a work contract with a foreign company for which I would work as a service provider/consultant.

Rauva was fairly fast at getting everything started, but that is where the good experience ended.

My paperwork was submitted to the national authority (IRN) at 28/3. I contacted the Rauva at 15/4 to know more about the state of the process, not only they took more than the "normal" 8 hours, they provided me with false information and wrongfully blamed IRN.

I know this because I contacted IRN to learn more about the application status and to my surprise, IRN already had notified Rauva's legal partner (J+Legal) twice of documentation issues.

The timeline goes as follows:
- 28/3 the process is submitted
- 5/4 IRN notifies Rauva's legal partner of issues with the documentation, with a deadline for corrections
- 11/4 IRN notifies Rauva's legal partner of issues with the documentation AGAIN, with a deadline for corrections
- 17/4 the deadline for corrections expires

Rauva had the possibility to check in with their legal partner to not only provide me with a proper status update, but also to confirm that the process was going smoothly, but rather, blamed IRN for the delays.

Keep in mind that one of Rauva's and their legal partner core offers is company creation, but they failed to submit the documentation correctly and meet deadlines.

After all this, I was offered a 50% discount for a single month for Supercharged services; after explaining in detail that they were negligent, they raised their offer to two months; summing up to 88 euros in discount for a 328 euro burning hole in my pocket.

As a portuguese national, I knew I could check in with IRN, but foreigners might not be aware they can and might be being misled by Rauva.

Their financial part might work much better than this, but I am not willing to risk it after this clear show of negligence.

Beware!

Update 1/5/2024: They refunded me for the full amount, I did not ask for the refund. Just pointed out that their solution — 2 months 50% discount — was not a presentable solution in the face of such negligence.

I am compelled to share my recent ordeal with Rauva Bank to warn others about their unethical conduct, which has led to the loss of €18,000 of my hard-earned money. My experience serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering banking with this institution.

After depositing €20,000 into my account with Rauva Bank, I utilized €2,000 for various transactions, leaving a remaining balance of €18,000 in my account. When I attempted to transfer €4,000 from this account to the same company account held at another bank, Rauva Bank's behavior took a concerning turn.

Instead of facilitating the transaction as expected, Rauva Bank initiated a series of unnecessary complications and demands. Despite my efforts to comply with their requests and provide all necessary documentation, they remained unresponsive and uncooperative.

To my shock and dismay, I later discovered that my account balance had been reduced to zero, and the bank card issued to me was rendered useless, declining transactions due to an alleged insufficient balance. Rauva Bank had callously seized €18,000 of my funds without justification or explanation.

The loss of €18,000 due to Rauva Bank's unscrupulous practices has had a devastating impact on my financial stability and trust in financial institutions. Their lack of transparency and disregard for customer welfare are utterly unacceptable.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against banking with Rauva Bank. Trusting this institution may result in financial loss, frustration, and hardship. Learn from my experience and avoid Rauva Bank at all costs.

I've liked a lot all the process of creating a company from scratch and all the assistance/support Rauva provide internally, through phone calls, chat and email, and their legal and accountant partners. The only suggestion I make is to have a follow-up meeting with legal partners before moving things forward officially to ensure everything is aligned with needs, similar to what we have with the accountant. That will help to improve the overall experience and tracking of the whole process from end to end. However, the complete experience is great!

I'm thoroughly impressed with Rauva! They flawlessly handled my company setup and accounting needs with professionalism and expertise.
