Is there worse than 1 star

Is there worse than 1 star? I have been waiting almost 1 month for my package. After numerous follow ups, I had one response claiming they are very busy and would not be able to deliver for a couple days. That turned into 8 days and then it finally changed to “out for delivery” at around 6am. At almost 9pm, the package was still NOT delivered. This company is atrocious and should never ever be used. If the package is lost, then say it is. Stop lying on your website saying you can do same day service. That is absolute garbage. If I were you, use another reliable service like Dragonfly Intelcom, UNIUNI or Landmark. At least they will deliver your package in a reasonable time and have responsive customer service representatives. Plus, do not give me an excuse that the weather was terrible. UNI sent me a package in a snowstorm in Calgary the day Raven force was to deliver my long awaited package. Every synonym for terrible can be used to describe them.

Triple-failure

Expecting two deliveries from different shippers to be fulfilled by ravenforce. Neither of the expected packages ever arrived, but we did get one box for a customer that lives 75km away from our address. There was no communication with the delivery co. They will not be in business long.

Horrendous

Horrendous, been waiting for a parcel to move out of there transit facility in the destination town for 3 weeks, no communication no answer on customer service line, no messages or emails answered.

Absolutely worst customer experience…

Absolutely worst customer experience ever, package was ordered Nov 17th left the origin of pick up Nov 19th, not delivered its been over a week past due. reached out to the courier with no response. no updated tracking information. nothing. CLEAR REASON THEY ARE NOT BBB Certified!!!! GARBAGE COURIER SERVICE!

Awful scent/fragrance/vape(?) on parcel

The parcel arrived on the day of as per the tracking estimate, although it arrived fairly late at night (between 8:30PM to 9:00PM).
But what really hit me was the god awful scent/smell on the box/parcel. At first, I thought it was my actual item that smelled, but upon further inspection, it wasn't my item but the actual delivery box/parcel.
I only noticed how bad the smell was when I could smell it on me, specifically my hands. I smelled the box my item came with and sure enough it was the actual box/parcel that smelled bad like either really strong vape, a very bad cheap Arabic cologne, or some other sort of scentable, and it just permeated the box completely on all 6 sides.
The very fact that my very own hands smelled like this stuff just from handling the box clearly shows how strong and concentrated it was. I don't know if it was the delivery guy's car just smelling so strong vape/etc, and my package being in the car for over 14 hours straight (that's how long it approximately took for the package to finally arrive based on the delivery tracking estimate) that it penetrated the box, or if he decided to douse my delivery box completely with his cologne (or scentable?) intentionally, or if there was another package that had a broken cologne that leaked and just seeped onto my package, but it was just God awful and strong.

My actual item does have temporary chemical smell but it goes away with time, but even then, that smell should only be apparent AFTER opening the package. Maybe the driver felt it necessary to then douse my box with his cologne and if he did, that was completely uncalled for. I don't need anyone to mask the smell on my items for me especially not at the lengths, concentration and thoroughness he took by dousing it all over the box.

Really uncalled for and completely unprofessional and not appreciated.

Submitted a screenshot of Google Maps Street view as a "proof" of delivery - Still haven't received my package

My package was out for delivery for 6 days, with 28 deliveries ahead of me. During these 6 days, only 3 deliveries were made according to that cue. Once I called them to inquire about the problem, the cue started to move really fast! By mid-afternoon, I was receiving a message saying my package was delivered. I work from home, so I went to check right away. I was very surprised to see no package in front of my door. I was even more surprised when I looked at the picture they submitted as a "proof" of delivery. Not only can't you see the package in the picture, but the car in my driveway is not mine! The delivery person took a screenshot of my house on Google Maps street view and submitted it as proof of delivery. You can even see the blurred plate in the picture! When I tried calling them again, they hung up on me after I'd been waiting for 30 minutes (they likely recognized my phone number from the morning). I would not recommend this company unless you want to be amazed by the extent they will go to lie to you.

The worst couriers ever

The worst couriers ever. Never even attempted delivery and marked the tracking as 'failed delivery' and then later updated it to "undeliverable - address relates issues".

These guys are BS. DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NOT ORDER FROM ANYWHERE THAT USES THEM.

READ THE REDDIT REVIEWS ON THESE GUYS. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Raven Force. My package was marked as “undeliverable” without any genuine delivery attempt. I was at home and even saw the driver from my window—he took a photo in front of my unit and left without buzzing, calling, or making contact.

After contacting the shipping agent and providing my buzzer code and phone number, I expected a quick re-delivery. It has now been over a week, and no second attempt has been made. There is no direct way to contact the driver, and customer service offers little to no resolution.

This is not just a one-off frustration—it’s a sign of poor delivery practices. A courier service should make reasonable efforts to deliver packages, especially when the recipient is available.

If you are a business or an individual considering Raven Force, be cautious. Based on my experience, they can mark shipments as “undeliverable” without proper effort, leaving your order in limbo with no clear resolution.

SCAM COMPANY BEWARE

This company is a scam. Every single review I've read is people not getting their packages. I have been on their Facebook page, which is nothing but complaints. The trust pilot is nothing but complaints. Their Instagram is nothing but complaints. There are 100s of reviews of people not getting their products not one review is good an those that are likely fake. There's no address. There's no Google page so that people can't leave them bad reviews because this company is 100% full of thieves. If you are a business that needs shipping logistics, I highly suggest not using this company or you will be out probably thousands of dollars of products. Their customer service will get back to you and tell you that your package will be delivered and it'll be any and every excuse in the book your package wont show up. I've seen videos of drivers driving up on lawns. I've seen videos of drivers literally throwing packages at doors. And breaking whatever's inside and if I'm being honest, none of these drivers look like they're Canadian. If this company has a package and your package is not being delivered, I highly suggest getting in touch with whoever the original seller is and letting them know because, as I have done that with my own products that are still not delivered, they have received hundreds of complaints about this company and likely we'll be canceling their contract with them for career service. I hope more people leave bad reviews about this company and file police reports so at least they have to shut down this is rediculous these things are happening in Canada. Don't use this company they are thrives.

UNRELIABLE, UNRELIABLE UNTRUST WORTHY COMPANY

Oh man where do I start. They are the worst bunch of unorganized idiots. I'm supposed to get a delivery from them and man all now I can't see it. One of their delivery men called me and said he have a delivery for me. I asked him if he was in the building he said no he's coming in soon then he said something in his language and then said I didn't pick your package and he will call be back in 5 min all now I haven't heard back fom him nor them. So I go check the status of the delivery and it says no access as to say they didn't have access to the building. I have cameras all over the building and when I check it no one was her at the time he called me. un trustworthy.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever.
Companies that we order from should not use. I am yet to see my packages on schedule delivery, they tell you to email to get update & solve & I get an email back saying sorry can't find an update keep tracking? How is that possible? They should know where packages are if they are the courier

I have 2 orders that have been sitting…

I have 2 orders that have been sitting in their warehouse since early February 2025 awaiting delivery to me. When I contacted Raven, I was told they don't service my area so not sure when they would deliver. I have asked several times if I could pick up the orders and was told they would notify me when they were ready for pickup, I have not heard back since...so disappointed!

I'm pretty sure this is a scam

I had a terrible experience with Raven Force Couriers. My package was shipped through them, and I’ve been completely unable to get it delivered. The tracking information is vague and unhelpful, showing only a "First Attempt" with no clear evidence that they even tried to deliver. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via email, phone, and social media, I received absolutely no response.

This company has an awful reputation for lost packages, poor communication, and unresponsive support. I’ve seen hundreds of negative reviews, and now I understand why. It’s clear that they don’t care about customer service or making deliveries.

I would strongly advise against using Raven Force Couriers for any shipment. They are unreliable, and my experience was incredibly frustrating.
