Unfortunately, the marketing strategies offered by this company were ineffective and didn't bring any results. Moreover, the price is really high considering the paper-thin marketing advice offered here (a couple of pages). The owner admitted himself to have worked 1 hour for the 96$ service. If you find any good reviews for this service, they are probably made up by the owner himself.
This website offers so-called personalized Bandcamp marketing services. The overpriced services are all scams, they are basically recycled articles put in pdf and sold at very high prices. They are not really personalized, the guy behind this only change the name and the genres in the articles so it seems custom made but it's not.
But worst than that, the given advice is completely inefficient. Since the pdf is only 2 articles copied and pasted, the information is not relevant to your particular situation. It could be by sheer luck though.
You'll have better advice searching on Google for an afternoon. I recommend doing that instead of getting ripped off by this company.
