First class service . I can't recommend this company enough. They are polite friendly approachable hard working and nothing is to much trouble. They helped us move our disabled father and they were amazing with him. They really made his experience a good one and I can't thank them enough . They are a lovely people, but they need to improve in planning and careful management with the furniture. All our furniture were damaged during this move in. We had some broken , other scratched and several forced or dubbed. We paid for disassembling and re-assembling and due to the bad plan they didn't finished. it is has been one of the worst experience and after 1 month we are still suffering the pain of this bad decision. If you will chose them, be sure you won't need to move something values or fragile.

I was very impressed with everything about my move, the lads arrived slightly early, and began to wrap my furniture. They loaded the van taking care not to damage anything, nothing was too much trouble, as when the delivered my furniture. care and consideration, for me, (being 72), and my furniture. They completed a timely, and considerate service well done.

Just moved using Ravenhill removals, absolutely fantastic, polite funny and take great care with your belongings wrapping all furniture and using mattress bags to move and would definitely recommend 12 out of 10. If we move again in the future we will be using Ravenhill again. Mr And Mrs Howe.

Flexible- I was able to arrange more than one visit without issues, and billing was fair, smooth and straight forward.

Excellent experience- the team showed resourcefulness, always looking for solutions to ensure I met my tight deadlines, despite unforseen events.

The guys that did the work were pleasant and cheerful- also able to solve problems on the fly in professional fashion.

I hired Ravenhill Removals to move me from my old place to my new flat, in the process also dropping off some stuff at a storage facility. They arrived promptly at 9am and managed to get everything into one load so were done by 12:30 which was way better than I expected. I found them to be very friendly but whilst still getting on with the job. Now (10 days later) I have unpacked enough so that I can say with confidence that not a single item was damaged or marred whilst under their care!

Great team of professionals. Arrived on time, well organised and methodical. Dismantled and rebuilt the furniture we requested. Plumbed in the washing machine. Great service and very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

A very easy day for us! John and Luke were great and very funny making what could've been an extremely stressful day a very straight forward one! Would recommend Ravenhill Removals to anyone and would definitely use them again.

From the first call right through to the final bill Ravenhill were fantastic. Mark explained everything that is included in their costs- some others will add things on. Used for my move from a furnished rented to a furnished bought, so no furniture to move just boxes and bags. Kal and Luke arrived punctual, were very friendly and were professional. The move took just over an hour from start to finish. And everything arrived safely. I’ll definitely be recommending them to any family and friends in the area who are moving.

I’ve used Ravenhill Removals for a cross-country move and I happy to say I’m very pleased with their service. Communication between the managing director and the driver were excellent — prompt, clear and frequent. The driver (Jon) was good with timekeeping and drove safely. Also, he took great care with my luggage; ensuring the fragile items were gently handled.
There was never a time where I felt unease throughout the move and I highly recommend Ravenhill removals for anyone in need of a move, big or small. (They seem to be able to accommodate any kind of move)
If I ever need to move again in future, I know I’d be using Ravenhill Removals.

Ravenhill Removals undertook our house move at very short notice. The removal company who we originally booked our job with let us down the day prior to our house move. I rang Mark at Ravenhill explaining what had happened, when I explained our move was the next day he stated he would call me back. About 30 minutes later, Mark called, explaining they were fully booked but would undertaker the job in the evening after all their booked worked was completed.
Mark and his son arrived at 7pm and when I say they went the extra mile in regards to effort and professionalism, I cant praise them enough. They eventually completed the job at 1am on the 5/12/20.

I would gladly recommend their services, they are polite, courteous, friendly and true professionals.

I genuinely don't know how I would havd managed to move without these experienced guys! I had to work the morning of the move leaving partner 'in charge'. By the time I got home if it wasn't already wrapped, it was packed! They worked tirelessly. I didn't even have chance or time to make them a cuppa. They arrived punctually, at 8am and didn't finish until 7pm, they must have been exhausted. They took as much care with my belongings as though they were their own, and each time they entered either property they removed their SHOES!!! BRILLIANT service, Fully recommend. Ravenhill removals provide an excellent service. Lovely guys very kind and helpful . Prompt , efficient , get straight on with the job . I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again to assist me with any move I have.

We have used Ravnehill removals a few times now, they are a small professional company. My husband & I used them this week and they arrived punctual and totally Covid prepared. As said arrived on time and just "got on with the job" we had a 3 man team and all if them were polite and nothing was too much trouble. I had to move dates due to unforeseen circumstances and they totally understood our situation, we did not loose our deposit, a few of our friends have now used them and they all say the same about them, so if you are looking for a professional, trustworthy team to move you I would definitely use these guys.
