Just as previous reviews, items purchased (sunglasses) were never delivered. After contacting the support desk, was told the item was delivered and sent me a Chinese delivery form from an unknown company as proof. I checked with my neighbors, no luck, my ring camera has no entries for the date in question. Another scam. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT fall for this. Consumer beware!!
I had to click on one star to get to this point but this company doesn’t even deserve that. I ordered. Pair of glasses and was notified that the glasses had been delivered. I looked around and checked my ring and the only thing delivered was a package in my name with two identical pink dresses. Just two dresses in a bag with no invoice of any sort. I thought someone was playing a joke on me. I let the company know that in fact the glasses had not been delivered. They let me know the date and time of the delivery and when I checked, it was at that exact date and time that the package with the two dresses was delivered. I asked them if they took pics of deliveries and they said yes. I showed them my date/time stamped shot from the ring and asked them to show me their delivery picture. I didn’t hear from them again until much later at which time they said their delivery person had not taken a picture. To contact the USPS for my package and get some sort of document to send to them to get a refund. I asked for them to send what I paid for or refund me and they have sent me
