This is a scam company. They block returns so you’re stuck with it. I tried to get redress through citizens advice and trading standards- neither could be bothered to take it up. The unit is useless- I took to the tip.

They only get one star as I can't give them zero.

Purchased a dehumidifier from this joke of a company & it failed after a few uses. They responded to an initial email, but nothing thereafter.

Complete scam, do not use this company.

This unit has stopped working after 3 uses total waist of money. Company will not reply to emails AVOID THEM

Please avoid at all cost 🙏. If you are not happy with the product, you will have no chance to return it. Manipulative people, completely dismiss your reasons. I am stuck with the dehumidifier that does not do what it supposed to do.

This is a WARNING ⚠️ to anyone who is considering buying a RAVENO DEHUMIDIFIER, please DON’T do it!! I bought one at Christmas and when it arrived I realised it wasn’t suitable. The advert was really deceiving it was much smaller than the photos and so I decided to return it for a refund. As the website offered a 30 day back return policy I duly emailed them explaining and asking for a return address. After almost a MONTH of excuses by RAVENO, they offered me a 3% REFUND!! I payed £138 so they were offering me approximately £3 refund for an unused item. I believe that they are now operating under the new name of COVATAR in the UK. PLEASE DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT like I was, I bought this item in good faith only to find out that I had been deceived. 😡

I bought 2 dehumidifiers and one blew up(!) when it was plugged in. Requested a refund and they keep saying they will send a replacement (obviously don’t want one as they’re not safe) and a £3 refund. These machines were £138 each. Clearly a scam company. Stay away!!

Absolutely abysmal.company,STAY AWAY from them.Purchased dehumidifier in November,didn’t help with condensation etc.Asked for a refund,as they state thirty days guaranteed refund if not suitable etc.Mine is faulty and I am still in correspondence with them They just keep telling what a dehumidifier does .I have had defumidifiers for many years,I know how good they can be .Company says to send it back to China,pay shipping costs myself.I bought an item from Raveno Uk,not China.Even though they say to send it back ,they won’t give me address.I have now sent nearly a hundred emails to them.I paid on Mastercard,I tried to get my money back .After waiting for paperwork from bank ,they like all complaints in a letter.Filled everything out .Had letter back from them .They cannot issue a refund as I still have the goods,phoned them and they said take it to small claims court ,or speak to citizens advice.What a joke No help at all. DONT BUY from them It cost £138 pounds,lost it all

Bought two units from this company, please do not buy one they are a waste of money . One has since broke down with a smell of burning and I sent multiple e mails to the customer services with no response.
A total waste of money and potential fire risk if left unattended?

I bought the Raveno Dehumidifier with Air Reusable Filter, It was smaller than expected and try it for the whole week but the water tank had come over some drops of water in it.
The old dehumidifier that we'd replaced used to need emptying daily as it will get full. I've ask for the refund but they want to send a replacement with 11£ compesation which I don't want. I think this company is a SCAM as the website for Raveno.co.uk is cloese but when you go to the link on my order confimation i have a diffrent company called COVATA.CO.UK when you click on it they have exactly the same products. Definitley they are SCAM on ONLINE.

Unfortunately much of the same as many other reviews. If you have yet to get one please avoid this company. The product is not shipped from the uk. It doesn’t look like the pictures. It barely functions as a dehumidifier at all. The worst part is that the company do everything they can to avoid paying the refund.

Did a Google search for a dehumidifier and this company came out on top.
Ordered one that I liked, for £130(+) which was supposed to be very energy efficient.
Took an age to arrive, as it came from China, and NOT the UK.
It was smaller than expected, and looked like a toy!
Plugged it in, and after 3 days (with my smart meter screaming at me!) the water tank had just over a tablespoon of water in it.

I contacted Raveno straight away.
They asked a long list of questions (some COMPLETELY irrelevant) and for photo's of the water in the tank.
That was 2 months ago.

Since then I've sent numerous emails, some of which they HAVE responded to.. but just to ask the SAME questions over again.
I'm getting no where...

The H10 dehumidifier worked for 2 months, I contacted RAVENO on many occasions without one single response.
Their assurance of a lifetime of any worries is worthless. A guarantee that does not exist.

Do not purchase anything from this corrupt useless company.

Buyer Beware - I bought a unit that basically didn’t work in the uk was advised designed to extract 1 litre a day in tropical conditions ie 35C with 95% relative humidity-they say will offer refund or a discount of 1% increments - return address China - can’t see how this is anything other than good marketing..buyer beware

Placed order online realised made mistake they were too small for room size. 16 minutes after placing order cancelled order,3 days later told too late order been dispatched. Disputed this with them for weeks and they refunded money minus £70. The company are nightmare, do not recommend

I tried to cancel my order after I saw these reviews - they are all correct!
I was told the order was 3-5 days, it actually took over 20 as it was shipped from China not within the UK.
They told me it can't be cancelled as was in transit, and was told to refuse the delivery, which I did and photographed as evidence. Sent them the proof, they said they needed to wait to receive the parcel before they refund. Whole case has been ongoing for some 6 weeks now.
The owner is based in the Middle East, Mohammed BAQAYS (not sure if he is aware how his team in the UK are treating what they call a 'valuable customer'). Anyway, this is their Registered office address incase you are wanting to pursue a claim against them or report to Trading Standards: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

This is a scam company. The dehumidifiers don't work and the best way to get your money refunded will be your bank because they are just a complete scam company. I advise you not to buy from this company that keeps on changing it's name and is now know as Covatar

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying. It is nothing but a scam. I rejected it after getting 1 tsp of water after a solid week of being on, doesn't work, won't supply a return address, now saying I have to keep the temperature above 18c. Avoid at all costs. Dozens of emails later, now in the hands of my credit card company.
