I was referred by the NHS for a consultation in Ravenscroft. Suffering with pain in my lower back and hip it took me one year of useless Core physio to get these appointments. It was shocking and ridiculous to find out that I was honoured to have one appointment for my lower back and another appointment for my hip. This is because either of a very narrow qualification of specialists or is a lucrative way to get more money from the NHS?
Unfortunately, I missed my appointments because I was out of the UK, my phone was switched off, and I couldn’t receive their message. When I came back I asked for another appointment but I became ill with a contagious virus infection before consultation. I phoned Ravenscroft and asked to change the day of my appointment but I was told by an unconcerned and disinterested receptionist that it was my last chance and now I will be discharged back to GP.
No caring for patients, viva bureaucracy.

Excellent treatment leading to real improvements. Priyanka provided plans, treatment and advice that have shown a big difference.

We were thoroughly let down by this company on multiple fronts. Despite assurances of ample evening appointment slots, we faced weeks of being passed from one clinic to another with no real availability. We were specifically guaranteed that both the assessment and physiotherapy session would be conducted on the same day due to the urgency of our situation a commitment they failed to uphold.

On the day of the appointment, only a 5-minute assessment was conducted, and the promised physio session was abruptly refused, with instructions to rebook, despite there being no patients scheduled before or after. The lack of consideration for the patient’s time and wellbeing was both frustrating and disappointing.

Unsurprisingly, they were highly efficient when it came to collecting payment within 24 hours.

When patient care is clearly not the priority, it’s best to seek services elsewhere. We have since received smooth, professional, and outstanding care from another provider.

I phoned Ravenscroft got an appointment next day. Had injection in the knee, the other one needed doing. They phoned hour or so later to give me another appointment for same day , other knee. Very attentive and helpful 👌.

It was a relaxed atmosphere, my therapist was kind and helpful and explained everything even made a video on my phone of me doing some exercises to aid my memory. The exercises I was given have helped me a lot. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I have had four appointments with Shruti for my back, leg, hip and neck at the Tunbridge Wells branch.
I have suffered for years following an accident in January 2016 and a major operation February 2018 replacing discs with metal plates at the top of my neck
Although I receive Botox injections in my neck every three months I needed physio to go along side of them to improve the movement in my neck which has been very limited.
I have been to several physio establishments over the years but at last I have found someone who has really helped me. Although I have got a way to go I can now walk without swinging my leg as she gave me the correct exercises to build up the muscles in my leg and strengthen my back, hopefully it will also help the curvature in my spine that I developed over the past few years due to not being given the right exercises in the first place.
Meeting Shruti has made me realise that if I continue with the exercises- which I will there maybe an easy life moving forward.
I believe you have a wonderful physiotherapist that must be an asset to your team.

I consider that I am a lucky person to find dr Krishna after I had a car accident. It is very clear for me that she loves her vocation to take care of her patients. God bless her!

I have been attending the massage centre in Tunbridge Wells and using the services of Ravenscroft Health.

The whole experience has been pleasurable and the therapist has gone above and beyond in helping me and even more with my additional questions which have been answered in full.

Physiotherapy for bad back pain. I was referred to Apoorva at Tunbridge Wells. She was lovely sympathetic and encouraging. After initial TENS treatment I was given a series of back muscle exercises and am now pleased to say all the pain has gone.

Gave a rating of 1 as there isn't anything lower! I had an NHS appointment for physiotherapy. The female receptionist was so rude and abrupt. I was told in a phone conversation to come at 10:00, only to be told when I arrived that appoint was 11:45, as I couldn't come back I wanted to rearrange. The receptionist was really rude and told me that wasn't possible. As I started to leave she asked me "what reason shall I put down for not attending?". Not my problem!!! Hope the NHS don't get charged for this appointment. I have previously had a private appointment at the same place, as I was paying for this myself they couldn't have been nicer. Regardless of whether its NHS or private common courtsey costs nothing!

My experience at Ravenscroft Pinner was First Class, I couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish.
Due to the results of a previous MRI scan, I required a steroid injection in my left knee.
I rang Ravenscroft for an appointment and spoke with Sahil Kumar who guided me through the process and gave me an appointment the very same evening.
I was greeted upon arrival and felt so welcomed.
Bhaveen Savaj who then performed my injection explained everything in full detail and had plenty of time for me by answering questions and giving his professional advice.
Once again I'd like to say a big thank you to Bhaveen and Sahil.

I have had a very painful rotator cuff for nine months. I have had two physiotherapy appointments since October with Aish at Pinner and the exercises she has given me have helped considerably. Aish is a competent, bubbly, pleasant lady who is a pleasure to deal with. She ensures the exercises given are demonstrated to ensure they are being done correctly to avoid any further damage. She has helped my pain diminish. I am very grateful.

Excellent treatment. The staff are polite and friendly. They also have a wealth of knowledge and expertise. They are very good at what they do.

My physiotherapist name Janhavi Bhide ,was excellent to help me with my problems was in low - back, both knees and hips, she helped me by her advice. She was so polite and talking nicely also her explanation was so good to make the exercises easy with giving the advantage for it.
I appreciate her kindness and help I wish a good luck for her in future, many thanks.

I was referred to this physiotherapy center and just completed six sessions with Ms Anam Khan.
She has been excellent and extremely informative and professional for my treatments. I wish to recommend her very highly and I wish her the best for 2022 and beyond. I visited the Harrow Weald branch where everyone were friendly and very efficient. 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👌👌👌

Had a review and simple procedure today at the Pinner branch. The MSK practitioner was very good and thorough and I would recommend him. That was the good part.

No details had been provided about getting there or parking so that was a painful arrival experience.
The MSK practitioner was very good and thorough I had been quoted £200 for the consultation plus £50 if an injection was needed.
When I came to settle up however, the bill shot up from £250 to £450 apparently because I needed an injection in my other hand and allegedly that had not been specified on the quotation.
BEWARE !!! Very sharp practice and I will be giving them poor reviews via all channels as a result!

I have been referred to ravenscrofthealth.co.uk several times for treatment and have never benefited, On one occasion was very unhappy with the way I was treated so made a complaint but wouldn't reply in writing only over the phone there Procedure states,

We will send you a prompt written acknowledgement that your complaint has been received and is being dealt with.

We will investigate your complaint and endeavour to keep you up-to-date on the progress of resolving your complaint.

We will endeavour to send a final response to you within 8 weeks of receipt of your complaint.

It doesn't exist not very proffesional.

On my last visit with pain management I was referred to MSK Physician that could do my procedure then to be told he couldn't so waited months for nothing.

On arriving to see the MSK Physician at Bletchley I was 10 minutes early but didn't get to see the Physician for another 30 minutes and there was no patient prior to me no sorry for being late didn't introduce himself no name badge and his response was what can I do for
obviously he didn't read my notes as I was referred by his colleague for spinal injections which I was then told I can't do that so more wasted time and in chronic pain.

The MSK Physicion was so rude and arrogant the worst experiance I have come across in the healths service.

I wouldn't and can't recommend Ravenscroft Health.
