Warning
Ordered a set of wheels in early May and all 4 were delivered damaged. Was told the insurance claim would take a week after which I would be sent a new set of wheels and upon receipt I would return the damaged wheels. Sent pics verifying the damage, however I have never received the replacement wheels. Asked for updates numerous times and each time no one ever got back to me. In September nearly 4 months after purchase and after threatening to write this negative review the owner said he would send the replacement wheels but that I would have to pay for them. This completely contradicted their original response. With no trust left in this company and no guarantee they would refund my money upon receiving the damaged wheels I offered to give my credit card # even though I was appalled that they would ask me to pay for the wheels a second time. There was no response and after 5 months of getting the run-around I finally gave up on getting my wheels. This company is not trustworthy and their customer service and support is the worst I've ever encountered. If nothing else I hope this serves as warning to potential customers of this crappy company. I'd give - 5 Stars if I could.
