Changed the bus time. Didn't bother to get in contact with us, then had the audacity to gaslight us as if it was our mistake.

Booking my Tomorrowland 2025 experience through Ravetours was one of the best decisions I’ve made — even though the journey wasn’t without its challenges. Coming all the way from South Africa, I didn’t realize I had to board the bus from Amsterdam, and my Schengen visa process had to go through the Netherlands. I had flights booked directly to Belgium and had to apply through that embassy. Nick understood the challenge and still agreed to assist me. Through every step — and I mean every step — Nick was an absolute superstar.

He patiently assisted me through the process, even when things got complicated. I needed to courier my treasure case to South Africa because when we fly in for TML, people flying in from Africa have challenges at passport control. When my package couldn’t be couriered because it required a physical handover and got stolen outside his spot he made sure to assist me in order to get my bands cancelled and instructed me on how to pick up replacements.

He went above and beyond to ensure I’d still have replacement cases for my Tomorrowland shelf — where I keep all my special memories.

Nick, you are a genuinely great human being. I still owe you those beers I promised — and trust me, I’ll make sure that’s sorted next year!

Ravetours’ service is on another level — personal, caring, and dedicated in a way that’s rare these days. I’m officially a lifetime customer, and they’ll always be my first choice for any future festival adventures.

Only lesson learned? Next time, I’m picking up my bands directly in Belgium No stress needed.

I cannot recommend Rave Tours enough! From start to finish, their organization was impeccable. They took care of all the logistics, making the entire journey to and from the festival completely stress-free. The rave angels were friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to help. We camped in the "camp to camp" area, it was great and provided a fantastic base for our festival adventures. It was so much more than just a Tomorrowland ticket; they truly created a community atmosphere and ensured everyone had the best time possible. If you're looking for a reliable, fun, and well-organized way to do Tomorrowland, Rave Tours is the way to go.

Tomorrowland itself was the best thing I’ve ever been to in my life!

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get tickets for tomorrowland the traditional way but my buddy found out about Rave Tours! Organisation from start to end was perfect, it made making going to Tomorrowland super easy so I could sit back and relax. Amazing group of people running this company! We had a slight disruption from another traveler on our coach back to Amsterdam after Tomorrowland but the team sort it out professionally! Can’t wait to go to Tomorrowland again with these guys!

I travelled with rave tours this year and can honestly say they were amazing from start to finish. I first stumbled across Rave Tours in 2023 when I set out to organise my bucket list, once in a lifetime trip to Tomorrowland. At the time, I didn’t realise that this would become an annual event.

It has been a pleasure to travel 3 years in a row, with a company that grow and improve each year. The introduction of the rave angels has been a game changer as there are dedicated, experienced staff near hand throughout the weekend as well as a group chat for any questions or concerns.

Nick and the Team put in a huge effort to ensure everyone has the best weekend from bracelet handover to transport, checking in at the event, setting up your campsite and beyond -they have you covered.

If you know, you know. Getting Tomorrowland tickets is basically like trying to win the lottery (but harder from what I've heard). My husband and best friend went to TomorrowWorld in Atlanta in 2015 and we were dead set on making 2025 the year we finally got to experience Tomorrowland for our 10-year anniversary. We tried everything the usual way but had zero luck. Then, thank gosh, we found Rave Tours.

We got an email early one morning saying tickets were available and we jumped on it right away. Checkout was way too easy. So easy that it made me nervous. I was so hesitant I even used my Amex just in case it was a scam. The payments were split into two so that was nice. Anytime I had a question pop into my head, I shot them an email and got SUPER quick responses every time. That helped a ton but I was still skeptical enough that I posted in a few groups asking if anyone had experience with Rave Tours.

Nick and his team kept us updated through emails and a WhatsApp group. As the festival got closer, they told us they had our treasure chests and IDs but Tomorrowland did not provide them with our codes yet. I got extremely stressed out during this time and I literally sent them a ton of messages with every random thought popping in my head (sorry about that guys LOL). Even when it was after office hours (I’m from the US and I totally checked their time), they immediately got back to me every time. I could tell they were working their butts off behind the scenes to get us everything in time so we could load up our bracelets and get the bonus pearls. They even went above and beyond by meeting us a whole day early just to hand out our chests because of everything going on.

Then, of course, the mainstage burned down and that was extremely stressful and unsettling. But Nick and his team stayed on top of it, updating us immediately whenever Tomorrowland released new info. Honestly, that kind of communication made such a huge difference in keeping the group calm.

When it was time to go to Dreamville, everything else went smoothly and according to plan. The bus meeting spot was super easy to find. We made so many new friends through the group — people I know I will be connected with forever.

At the festival, we had a hiccup with our camp2camp tickets (we pulled up the wrong bar codes) and someone from Nick’s team found us right away and helped us figure it out. And the support did not stop there. The group chat was full of fun updates. When there was that awful passing at Tomorrowland, even though it was not anyone in our group, Rave Tours checked in with everyone to make sure we were okay and staying safe. They didn’t have to do that since they had technically already fulfilled their part. We were already at the festival and paid them in full but they genuinely cared about us as people, not just customers.

I can’t say enough good things about Nick and the Rave Tours team. I am so grateful we got to experience our first Tomorrowland with them. It was everything I dreamed it would be and more. I can’t wait to do it all again in 2026.

If you’re thinking about going to Tomorrowland but feeling stressed about tickets or the logistics, trust me when I say Rave Tours is the real deal. Tbh, I almost didn’t want to write this review because tickets are always so limited and I want to keep them all to ourselves. But I know that someone like me, who was super skeptical and overwhelmed, would really benefit from hearing how legit and reliable they are!

From the moment I booked, I always had access to someone for any questions I had. The WhatsApp group chat was brilliant, it let me connect with other ravers before the event, which made arriving feel like meeting up with old friends.

The staff were absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making our Defqon.1 experience unforgettable. Everything ran smoothly, from meeting at the meetup point to getting to the festival and back.

Special shout-out to Nick and the gang—without them, I doubt my weekend would have been so seamless or as incredible. The people I met through Rave Tours made the whole experience even more memorable. I’ll definitely be booking again next year!

Defqon.1 2025 was our first time doing an abroad festival & Rave tours did not disappoint. We had no hiccups with travel, our accommodation was spot on. If your nervous about heading abroad to a festival, rave tours we definitely have your back the whole way. It was lovely to have a group of fantastic individuals from the UK to support & guide us. We travelled from Ireland via Amsterdam, picked up our bracelets on the first night, and then joined all the other excited ravers for the bus to Tomorrowland. The whole process was smooth, well-organised, and clearly run by a team who know what they’re doing.

I’ll be honest – when we first purchased the tickets, we were nervous. One of our friends had been scammed in the past (by a completely different company), so we were bracing ourselves just in case. But as soon as those bracelets were in our hands, all the worry disappeared.

First time using Rave Tours this year, I used them for attending Defqon1 as I had never been before so wanted to make sure everything was in place and organised properly.
I definitely didn't regret it!

If it wasn't for the pay up option I wouldn't of been able to go and it's so easy to pay on the booking system.
The only flaw was not getting the points on The Path for my defqon status as Rave tours is head booker but I'd rather have less anxiety being able to know that I can chill while they sorted travel and tickets. Was also great to know I'd just need to speak to one of the lovely team if anything happend at the festival :)
I attend myself but really didn't feel alone with everyone from the tour around, made the experience even better!

I went on a Tomorrowland Belgium: Orbyz Camp2Camp Weekend 1 experience with Rave Tours. Major positive was how easy and straightforward it was to book the experience with them. The team had good communication leading up to the festival and kept us in the loop with the arrival of our bracelets/codes. They were always a text/email away and answered any question clearly and promptly. A few details could have been communicated a bit better in the week prior to the tour, such as what the link to our camping voucher needed to check-in at TML was (as this was sent without any information) and our specific tour guide was not very informed around details (i.e., bus times/where to go). However, I would absolutely use them again and recommend Rave Tours to others. These small details can be smoothed out easily and the ease of booking/communication prior would lead me to use them again. Overall, thanks for a good experience and can't wait to Rave again!

This was my first Tomorrowland and I went along with my friends who booked everything for me. I didn't know what to expect!

Rave Tours made the whole experience better honestly. The communication was spot on and they were so hospitable. They guided us on our first experience but also reassured us because for 2025 first weekend, the main stage was on fire a day before opening. Of course, it was still amazing but when we heard of the news we panicked and they were calm and collected.

My experience? When we received the wristbands, they were so nice. When we were waiting to get on the shuttle bus to go to Tomorrowland, it was fun and easy. The shuttle bus was comfortable and we stopped for a bathroom break. Even with checking in for tents, they came by and helped us make sure we were on the list for it. All in all, a really good experience and if you are going to Tomorrowland, make sure to utilize Rave Tours. Thank you!
