After I had already paid for my order, I received an email claiming I needed to pay an additional $200 for "cargo insurance" before my shipment would be released. This fee was never disclosed before payment and appeared to be a condition imposed after the sale had already been completed.
The email contained contradictory information, stating the insurance was "included in your booking" while simultaneously requesting payment. When I questioned the legitimacy of the charge and requested supporting documentation, no satisfactory evidence was provided.
This experience raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to exercise extreme caution, verify everything independently, and never send additional money after payment without first confirming the request is genuine.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
