Arrival after 3 Months :/ Amazing instrument!
I ordered via the European Website and already paid for a RAV Moon Hijaz in D. I have not get any information from the order (3 weeks ago) - shipment or something else, neither does the order Nr. via the website say something more than ready for dispatch. The contact email address is dead - no reactions at all. The support from the website said, they need to get in contact with the logistic manager. What was the outcome? No reply from the support.
The Contact telephone Nr. does not reply either to my messages via Telegram.
I know some others write really positive feedbacks about the proactive support of RAV Laboration and stuff, but I do not share those good experiences. I’m sorry but this really looks like a scam to me.

There is another one though, where I got in contact to Kate, she was very helpful and regarding my problem. She was transparent about the logistic problems (demand was very high), organised 2 breads as an apology gift and made it sent faster. Once the pan arrived in Frankfurt, the German customs, it got stucked again for around a month. Since the order comes from Russia, which right now Germany is in a diplomatical crisis with, the customs process can take longer than usual. Today after an half eternity (3 Months) it arrived and I`m really glad, the sound is warm, full and clear ~ just amazing! I just know I gotta play it a lot!!
