collection charges
Very good experience over many years of purchasing from RAW2K ,not happy about the charges for collection after a few days as sometimes collection at distances is not allways possible to be done within 2 days

Anything after that would be storage charge added as per the T&C's. We are sorry you have had this experience. Our vehicles are sold as not mechanically inspected as it is a salvage auction. During collection you are able to inspect a vehicle prior to taking the vehicle off site. I’ve bought a good few vehicles and bikes from Shildon branch and to be honest I’ve made more money flipping cars bought there rather than at BCA . My only few gripes is the use of the forklift and a lot of the vehicles have had splashes of concrete on them due to the building work going on there . Also not all the vehicles are sold on behalf of the police which it states in the listing which is a bit of false advertising which they need to sort before someone mentions it to trading standards.

Last few cars have all had major faults that could easily have been picked up via the basic checks done.
Water leaks
Over heating
Power steering fluid leaks
Bodywork damage undisclosed
Getting to the point where I think it’s being done on purpose. Don’t think we will be using this auction much longer

It said the car starts and drives it…
It said the car starts and drives it didn't drive as rear Controle arm snapped also said the car had a logbook it didn't I'm not happy with this one if Im honest
The lot I'm referring to is 326620 chrysler 300c crd srt the account wasn't suspended at the time I collected and I believe that you mentioning my account status is against data protection my account status should never be public knowledge and should always be treated with high confidentiality
