Terms of purchase says you eat spoiled goods and don't complain
They sent me what it seemed like spoiled product and when I contacted them to clarify. They rudely pointed out that I accepted that in their terms of purchase. I still don't understand if this was a practical joke or real customer service .
Update to the comment below. Customer service have been contacted twice more than 3 weeks ago and no reply.

This company is not professional
This company is not professional, they sent me a pakket to another adresse and they don't want change the adresse, I sent them a lot of mails and don't want make nothing.
They are lazy and listless people, is very easy for then to contact with Posten and don't want.
I have also a lot of work and stress sometimes and give a good service to my clients the same.
It is the first time in my life that a company that makes a mistake doesn't want to correct it.

Not sure if i trust this company
Not sure if i trust this company, and won’t be choosing them again. They don't seem to run it professionally. Never received an email confirmation or updates on order. When I contacted them it took a couple of days for them to answer back. Took over a week for my order to be processed and packed. They make excuses that they are backed up due to many orders and not enough staff to process the orders, if so then hire in more workers if you want your company to be successful. My order came well packed and undamaged. Not sure if the honey is fake though. I wouldn’t recommend this company for these products, find another one.

Last time I ordered here. I got 1 liter of castrol oil in plastic bottle. It should never be hold in plastic and shop with eco food, should knows better. Lost ny trust in you guys and tours products.

“100%pure Organic honey 500g
“100%pure Organic honey 500g, premium quality” is not a good quality as they claim. It tastes like refined sugar. It is not a single source. It is sourced from 7 different countries as it is written on the container. Some of products are too expensive and inflated price than in common local supper markets. For example organic pumpkin seed is 2 times more expensive. the same with organic olive oils.

Beware!!! This company sells raw bitter apricot kernels which can cause cyanide poisoning in small amounts and be potentially life threatening. These can VERY EASILY be confused with "healthy nuts and seeds", especially at a point in time where governments are pushing for consumers to eat more of those items. Consuming ONLY one (!!) can cause harm to children, and is warned against by several national organizations and government agencies, including the EU and US but however are still permitted sold. (!!?).
