My experience was great because I had muffled hearing when I went in to have my ears micro-suctioned and I came out with all the wax gone and with hearing restored. I haven't always had great experiences with micro-suction so thought I would go to Rawlings for ears for the first time, as they look after my eyes so well. I wasn't disappointed. Thank you

I’ve been going to Rawlings ever since I needed glasses and I have no plans to go anywhere else. Simon at the Hedge End branch has done all my eye tests and I appreciate his calm and professional manner which makes it an easy experience. The FOH employees are always very nice, and I appreciate that they always take the time to clean and tighten my glasses afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are friendly and there is never any pressure to make a purchase, if new glasses etc are required. They take their time during appointments and explain throughout what and why they do the tests they do. I walked all the way to the local Rawlings Opticians this morning for my scheduled appointment in the pouring rain and freezing cold, having got up especially early to make the appointment on time. When I got there, I was told the appointment had been cancelled because the optician hadn't yet arrived. I had to walk back in the pouring rain. They could have easily rung someone else who hadn't yet left home and cancelled their appointment. The receptionist wasn't very caring.

Always pleasant, efficient and they do not pressure you to buy expensive eyewear

I have been going to Rawlings Opticians for numerous years. I have always found them to be very informative and helpful. I saw a different Optician this time, I believe her name was Jazz. Forgive me if I have got that wrong. She was extremely helpful. knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I very much appreciated the helpful advice she gave. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We recently collected our new spectacles. The fitting service is excellent. The staff are always polite and friendly. The Hedge End branch is welcoming and the choice of frames is good.

My first time at Rawlings. From start to finish everything was friendly and professional. My visit was for ear wax removal which was fully explained beforehand and throughout. I would highly recommend.
