It's not worth losing your money in…
It's not worth losing your money in this store... the customer service is terrible... you buy a pair of pants or a blouse... first, they don't give you any money back... second, they don't change the product... third, you lose your money for something you already paid for... because they don't care about the customer, they just take your money... and you lose... it's not worth buying in this store... I don't recommend it.

If it could go wrong, it did!
I purchased a top and paid for the 2 day delivery. I added a note saying that I absolutely needed it by the following Friday. I placed the order on Sunday and figured that even if it didn't leave their warehouse until Wednesday, I would still get it by Friday. Received a shipping notice today that it won't be here until next Tuesday. Obviously my note and paying for 2 day shipping were ignorned. I went online to their chat (their site says they have 24x7 customer service). I left a message and 8 hours later they still haven't responded. I then called their customer service line and the company name was never acknowledged and simply said to leave a message for that number. I guess I'll have to wait until it's delivered and then process a return. Ugh!

Scam.. don't do it no matter how cute the top is!!
I spent $80 plus dollars and did not receive my item. Contacted the raw moda company and they said it was sent. However, I ordered through shopify which allows you see when they send it so you can track it... according to shopify there has been no item sent. When I sent another email asking about the status again the did not reply...and that was over three weeks ago! My order # 3807 and it was placed on March 30, 2025...today is May 2, 2025.
Terrible, do not use this website!
