This stuff is incredible. I don't normally believe in these sort of things, but oh my God, it's a game changer. I have been on antidepressants for years and suffered with brain fog for years which has gone. I have more energy, mental clarity. I just feel like a different person. I wouldn't recommend taking it at night unless you want to stay awake but it doesn't affect everybody the same way. I would recommend this stuff 100%.

Been taking rawshilajit for nearly 3 weeks (only a rice grain) I've noticed I'm having deeper sleeps libido is definitely up not that I had a problem with that in the first place lol and I used to suffer with my knee quite abit at work when wrapping pallets but I've not had any issues with that since taking it my only negative is I was hoping to get more energy from taking it but I'm not yet to see it was hoping it would as that's what i suffer from the most falling asleep when I get home from work but I can't fault it at all with the other results

i ordered in mid November and i'm still waiting on the product being delivered, i'm still waiting on the company & delivery company DPD letting me know when the product will be delivered or if i will be refunded
